Developing social security and therapeutic services to all population in society on one hand and non-development of facilities and the centers providing therapeutic services according to them on the other necessitates making basic improvements in medical organizations in order to increase services provision via increasing benefits and making them more effective. A branch of management discipline entitled "development and revolution in the organization" is responsible for it. Familiarization with this science especially in developing countries plays a pivotal role in the development of these countries especially when we consider that they are encountered with restrictions in resources and capital and should get the most benefit from the least facilities. In this study, first we will present a comprehensive description of this novel management discipline, and then its application in the development and enhancement of organizations providing healthcare services will be focused.
