Evaluation of employees' performance is some official implementations in order to judge about the performances of working people in an organization in a certain period which includes all behaviors of employees in that period. Performance evaluation is one of the effective instruments in managing human resources and knowledge of supervisors of medical records about the scientific methods of it is necessary for suitable organizational efficiencies. This study introduces different methods of employees' evaluation as "method of performance management" as a suitable method in evaluating the performances and finally makes some suggestions in improving the process of evaluation. We try our best to employ scientific and appropriate methods in evaluating the employees and improve the level of services provided by different sections activating in medical records courses.
