مقدمه: ارزیابی فعالیتهای علمی نشریات ضمن بررسی وضعیت موجود، فرآیند تولید دانش را رصد و دستاندرکاران نشریه و دیگر سیاستگذاران نشریات را از روند پس از انتشار و میزان تاثیرگذاری نشریه در شبکه پژوهشی آگاه میسازد. پژوهش حاضر روند انتشار، میزان استنادهای دریافتی و سایر ویژگیهای کتابسنجی نشریه مدیریت سلامت را بررسی نموده است.
روشها: جامعه پژوهش مطالعه توصیفی–کاربردی حاضر شامل مقالات منتشرشده در نشریه طی سالهای 1376 تا 1403 بود. دادههای کتابشناختی از وبسایت نشریه و پایگاه مگیران استخراج و فایلهای RIS مقالات گردآوری شدند. اطلاعات استنادی از گوگل اسکالر، اسکوپوس و نرمافزار Publish or Perish جمعآوری شد. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزارهای Excel و VOSviewer انجام شد.
یافتهها: نشریه در طی 27 سال 733 مقاله منتشر نموده است که 89 درصد آنها پژوهشی اصیل بود. از سال 1398، زمان نمایه شدن نشریه در اسکوپوس، تغییر قابل ملاحظهای در روند الگوی نوسانی پیشین استنادات اتفاق نیفتاده است. عمده همکاریهای نشریه با نویسندگان داخلی بوده است. تحلیل ابر کلمات حاکی از فراوانی بیشتر کلیدواژههای مدیریت بیمارستان، ایران و کووید-19 بود.
نتیجهگیری: برای افزایش استنادات در نشریه میتوان سهم بیشتری را به انتشار مقالات مروری اختصاص داد. برای جذب مشارکت نویسندگان خارجی میتوان تدابیری را در سطح بینالمللی با پشتیبانی معاونت بین الملل انجام داد. راهکارهای مناسب برای ایجاد توازن بیشتر در توزیع موضوعی مقالات میتواند تبلیغات موازی در میان گروههای هدف در رشتههای مرتبط، در نظر داشتن تنوع موضوعی در زمان پذیرش مقاله و تمرکز روی موضوعهای لبه دانش باشد.
