fa تحلیل کتاب‌سنجی و مصورسازی نشریه مدیریت سلامت طی سال‌های 1376 تا 1403 کتابداری و اطلاع رسانی پزشکی Medical Librarianship and Information Science پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">مقدمه:</span></b> <span lang="FA">ارزیابی فعالیت‌های علمی نشریات ضمن بررسی وضعیت موجود، فرآیند تولید دانش را رصد و دست‌اندرکاران نشریه و دیگر سیاست‌گذاران نشریات را از روند پس از انتشار و میزان تاثیرگذاری نشریه در شبکه پژوهشی آگاه می‌سازد. </span><span lang="AR-SA">پژوهش </span><span lang="FA">حاضر </span><span lang="AR-SA">روند انتشار، میزان استنادهای دریافتی و سایر ویژگی‌های کتاب‌سنجی نشریه <i>مدیریت سلامت</i> را بررسی نموده‌ است. </span><span lang="FA"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">روش‌ها:</span></b><span lang="FA"> جامعه پژوهش مطالعه توصیفی</span><span lang="FA">&ndash;</span><span lang="FA">کاربردی حاضر شامل مقالات منتشرشده در نشریه طی سال‌های 1376 تا 1403 بود. داده‌های کتاب‌شناختی از وب‌سایت نشریه و پایگاه مگیران استخراج و فایل‌های </span><span dir="LTR" lang="EN-GB">RIS</span><span lang="FA"> مقالات گردآوری شدند. اطلاعات استنادی از گوگل اسکالر، اسکوپوس و نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR" lang="EN-GB">Publish or Perish</span><span lang="FA"> جمع‌آوری شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای </span><span dir="LTR" lang="EN-GB">Excel</span><span lang="FA"> و </span><span dir="LTR" lang="EN-GB">VOSviewer</span><span lang="FA"> انجام شد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">یافته‌ها: </span></b><span lang="FA">نشریه در</span>&nbsp; <span lang="FA">طی 27 سال</span> <span lang="FA">733 مقاله منتشر نموده ‌است که 89 درصد آن‌ها پژوهشی اصیل بود. از سال 1398، زمان نمایه شدن نشریه در اسکوپوس، تغییر قابل ملاحظه‌ای در روند الگوی نوسانی پیشین استنادات اتفاق نیفتاده است. عمده همکاری‌های نشریه با نویسندگان داخلی بوده ‌است. تحلیل ابر کلمات حاکی از فراوانی بیشتر کلیدواژه‌های مدیریت بیمارستان، ایران و کووید-19 بود. </span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></b><span lang="FA">برای افزایش استنادات در نشریه می‌توان سهم بیشتری را به انتشار مقالات مروری اختصاص داد. برای جذب مشارکت نویسندگان خارجی می‌توان تدابیری را در سطح بین‌المللی با پشتیبانی معاونت بین الملل انجام داد. راه‌کارهای مناسب برای ایجاد توازن بیشتر در توزیع موضوعی مقالات می‌تواند تبلیغات موازی در میان گروه‌های هدف در رشته‌های مرتبط، در نظر داشتن تنوع موضوعی در زمان پذیرش مقاله و تمرکز روی موضوع‌های لبه دانش باشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Scrutiny of the activities of a scholarly journal can help its managers and other policy makers to learn about the status quo, science production process, publication trends, and research impact of the journal. This study sought to analyze the bibliometric characteristics of <em>Journal of Health Administration (JHA)</em>.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The research population of this descriptive&ndash;applied study included all articles published in the <em>journal</em> between 1997 and 2024. Bibliographic data were extracted from the journal website and the Magiran database, and RIS files of the articles were collected. Citation information was obtained from Google Scholar, Scopus, and the <em>Publish or Perish</em> software. Data analysis was performed using Excel and VOSviewer.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Over a 27-year period, the journal published 733 articles, 89% of which were original research papers. Since 2019, when the journal was indexed in Scopus, no significant change has occurred in the previous fluctuating pattern of citations. Most collaborations were with domestic authors. Keyword cloud analysis revealed frequent use of terms <em>hospital management</em>, <em>Iran</em>, and <em>COVID-19</em>.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> To increase citations, <i>JHA</i> could devote a larger share of its published content to review articles. To attract contributions from foreign authors, measures can be sought from the Office of International Affairs.
