The present study investigated the quality of services offered by No.4 Health Center in Ardekan. It was found that, due to the poor quality of the services, Patients are not reasonably attracted to the center. However, the head of the center managed to raise the quality of services and employee satisfaction through implementation of motivational program for the staff, Which also led to patient satisfaction.
