Organizational leadership in the old and common format is terminated and it is emphasized that evolution and novelty, creativity, motivation and proper leading of employees be considered as significant properties of present management. Futuristic and evolutionary leadership is proposed as the major factor in the success of present organizations particularly health organizations and it is dared to say that the survival of organizations is related to their leadership. According to the present circumstances, the leaders should be able to employ suitable methods and make the employees successful. Organizational leaders might not satisfy with the current circumstances and try to empower their employees and direct them towards a desired future. So, the leaders must have so influencing character that enable to direct the employees willingly towards the purposes.
