After examining its validity and reliability, the questioner has been distributed among 1368 individuals, for these amounts 1001 answered them. In statistical calculations which included frequencies distribution, means, percent of distribution indices, correlation coefficient, and binomial tests, SPSS software has been used and the results using the descriptive statistics presents in tables.

Results: Finding data showed that among 1001 individual who answered the questioners, 462 of them had librarianship educations. Also average that calculated of importance to internal factors and their influences were 4.13 and 4.18 comparing to 5. In consideration of the Internal factors influences on medical librarian and informatics communicator attitudes in their future professional placement it showed that except one case, there were significant and positive relation among other factors (P<0.001) it means that increasing each of factors has a positive influence on individuals' attitude toward their position in their future profession. Only the first factor: the pre-professional factor did not exist. Abstract

Introduction: Nowadays, organizations deal with complexity, ambiguity and dynamics and are consequently under the influence of environmental factors requiring suitable behavior. One of the important factors in organizational survival is the success in achieving the goals. In the current study, which was an attempt to identify the human factors of religious attitude and job stress a prediction model of success was designed.

Method: In this descriptive analytic study, fuzzy neural networks approach was applied to overcome the complexities inherent in the study of organizational success. Moreover, MATLAB software was used to design a fuzzy prediction model. A questionnaire for data collection and MATLAB software to design fuzzy prediction model were used.

Results: It was found that the optimal number of the type of membership function was five. The low error rate (0.000003) showed that the ANFIS model was suitable for the prediction of organizational success. The results showed that religious attitudes and job stress were the determining factors affecting organizational success.

Discussion: The results indicate that there is a direct and significant relationship between religious attitudes and organizational success. However, stress, at its intermediate level, has the most positive effect and at its low or very high level(s), leads to a reduction in organizational success.

Abstract

Introduction: The extent and distribution of population across the country has made telemedicine technology an effective and comprehensive way to provide health services by physicians. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the capabilities of physicians and their willingness to accept telemedicine technology.
Methods: The population of this analytical-survey study, consists of physicians in Amiralmomenin Therapeutic Research Training Center, Semnan. A questionnaire was used to collect data which were then analyzed using SPSS 19 and SMARTPLS 2 (beta) to test the research hypotheses .
Results: There was a statistically significant positive and direct relationship between the managerial [path coefficient: 0.141] and technical [path coefficient: 0.135] capabilities of physicians and their willingness to accept telemedical technology. In addition, managerial [path coefficient: 0.335] and financial [path coefficient: 0.211] capabilities have an indirect and significant effect on the degree of willingness to accept telemedicine technology through strengthening the physicians’ viewpoint about the change. [path coefficient: 0.301.]
Conclusion: It is recommended that health care administrators and managers of medical education centers, prior to the implementation of telemedicine medical services and investment in related hardware, increase the capabilities of physicians through strengthening their abilities in management, working with information and communications technology, finance and investment. This will improve the attitude of physicians towards change, and facilitates the acceptance of technology.
