مقدمه: نظام سلامت همیشه متحمل صرف منابع زیادی می باشد؛ از اینرو تصمیم گیری مبتنی بر شواهد علمی، به منظور مطلوب کردن هزینه ها و پیشگیری از اتلاف منابع، ضروری است. همچنین، استفاده از شواهد در فرآیند تصمیم گیری می تواند منجر به بهبود کیفیت تصمیمات مدیریتی و افزایش بروندادها گردد. لذا، مطالعه حاضر با هدف طراحی و ارزیابی ابزار سنجش وضعیت تصمیم گیری مبتنی بر شواهد در حوزه مدیریت سلامت و روانسنجی آن انجام پذیرفت.
روش ها: مطالعه حاضر یک تحقیق کاربردی از نوع ابزارسازی است که در سال 1399 انجام شد. پژوهشگران جهت اعتبارسنجی ابزار موردنظر، از تکنیک دلفی و اخذ نظرات 20 نفر از خبرگان استفاده نمودند. بعد از آن به بررسی روایی صوری، محتوایی و پایایی ابزار پرداخته شد.
یافته ها: ابزار سنجش وضعیت تصمیم گیری مبتنی بر شواهد به صورت پرسشنامه 47 سوالی، طراحی گردید. نتایج اعتبارسنجی الگو براساس روش دلفی نشان داد که نمره توفیق جمعی برای تمام مولفه های الگو بیشتر از هفت است. همچنین پرسشنامه دارای روایی صوری و محتوایی مناسبی بود (0/972= CVR و 0/841= CVI). آلفای کرونباخ تمام حیطه ها و کل ابزار طراحی شده نیز بیشتر از 70 درصد برآورد شد که نشان دهنده پایایی قابل قبول ابزار می باشد.
نتیجه‌گیری: ابزار سنجش وضعیت تصمیم گیری مبتنی بر شواهد در حوزه مدیریت سلامت می تواند به مدیران و مسئولین این حوزه در راستای اجرایی ساختن کامل رویکرد تصمیم گیری و در راستای آن، عملکرد مبتنی بر شواهد، کمک شایانی نماید.
