مقدمه: تسهیم دانش موثر میان اعضای هیات علمی، یکی از شرایط اساسی کسب شایستگی های علمی و بهبود وضعیت پژوهشی در دانشگاههاست. مطالعه حاضر با هدف شناسایی عوامل کلیدی موثر بر تسهیم دانش و رتبه بندی این عوامل انجام شده است تا مدیران و سیاستگذاران این حوزه بتوانند بر مبنای این رتبه بندی اقدامات عملی مناسب انجام دهند.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از منظر هدف کاربردی و از بعد ماهیت و روش، توصیفی است. به منظور جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه‌های تهیه شده مبتنی بر روش های تصمیم گیری چند شاخصه به کار رفته در این پژوهش (روش آزمایش و ارزیابی تصمیم گیری و روش تحلیل شبکه ای) استفاده شد که توسط 10 نفر از اساتید دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز با حداقل پنج سال سابقه حضور در دانشگاه تکمیل گردیده است. داده های جمع آوری شده توسط نرم افزار سوپر دسیژن (Superdeicision) تحلیل شد.
یافته ها: با توجه به نتایج در محیط آموزشی، عوامل اعتماد، فرهنگ سازمانی و ارتباطات بیشترین اثر گذاری و عوامل فن آوری و ساختار سازمانی کمترین اثر را بر تسهیم دانش داشته اند.
نتیجه گیری: به طور کلی می توان گفت، عوامل میان فردی و عوامل نرم سازمانی مانند فرهنگ سازمانی، نسبت به عوامل سخت سازمانی مانند ساختار و فن آوری بر تسهیم دانش اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز تاثیر بیشتری دارند.
