روش منبع نویسی 
مجله مدیریت سلامت از روش منبع نویسی ونکوور استفاده می‌کند. ﻛﻤﻴﺘﺔ ﺑﻴﻦ اﻟﻤﻠﻠﻲ ﺳﺮدﺑﻴﺮان ﻣﺠﻼت ﭘﺰﺷﻜﻲ این روش را ﻣﻌﺮﻓﻲ ﻛﺮده اﺳﺖ و در زﻣﻴﻨﺔ ﻣﺘﻮن ﭘﺰﺷﻜﻲ عمدتا از این روش اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻣﻲﺷﻮد.

ﻧﻜﺘﻪ: ﺑﻪ ﻫﻨﮕﺎم اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻣﻨﺒﻊﻧﻮﻳﺴﻲ وﻧﻜﻮور، رﻋﺎﻳﺖ دﻗﻴﻖ و ﺻﺤﻴﺢ ﻗﻮاﻋﺪ ﻧﻘﻄﻪﮔﺬاری و ﻋﻼﺋﻢ ﻧﻮﺷﺘﺎری وﻫﻤﭽﻨﻴﻦ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﺟﺰﺋﻴﺎت در ﻣﻨﺒﻊﻧﻮﻳﺴﻲ اﻟﺰاﻣﻲ اﺳﺖ.
ﻧﻜﺘﻪ: استناد به وب‌لاگ، صفحات اینترنتی نامشخص و بدون نویسنده، پری‌پرینت، مقاله بازپس‌گیری شده (رترکت) مورد پذیرش فصلنامه مدیریت سلامت نیست. 

استناد‌دهی درون‌متنی

• اﺳﺘﻨﺎدﻫﺎی درون ﻣﺘﻦی ﻣﻘﺎﻻت ﺑﺎ اﻋﺪاد ﻓﺎرﺳﻲ در متن فارسی و با اعداد انگلیسی در متن انگلیسی در قلاب (] [) ﻧﺸﺎن داده ﻣﻲﺷﻮﻧﺪ. از اﻳﻦ روش ﺑﺮای ﻣﻨﺒﻊﻧﻮﻳﺴﻲ در ﻣﺘﻦ، ﺟﺪولﻫﺎ و ﺗﺼﺎوﻳﺮ ﻧﻴﺰ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻣﻲﺷﻮد.
• منابع به ترتیبی که در متن ظاهر می‌شوند، به‌صورت متوالی شماره‌گذاری می‌شوند.
• ﺑﺮای ﻫﺮ اﺳﺘﻨﺎد و ارﺟﺎع ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ آن، ﻳﻚ ﻋﺪد اﺧﺘﺼﺎص ﻣﻲﻳﺎﺑﺪ؛ ﺣﺘﻲ اﮔﺮ ﻧﺎم ﻧﻮﻳﺴﻨﺪه ﻳﺎ ﻧﻮﻳﺴﻨﺪهﻫﺎ در درون ﻣﺘﻦ ﺟﻤﻠﻪ آﻣﺪه ﺑﺎﺷﺪ، اﻳﻦ ﻋﺪد ﺑﺎﻳﺪ ﺟﻠﻮی آن ذﻛﺮ ﺷﻮد؛ ﺑﺮای ﻣﺜﺎل: اﺳﻤﻴﺖ]10[ اﺳﺘﺪﻻل ﻛﺮده اﺳﺖ ﻛﻪ ... .
• در ﻫﺮ ﺟﺎی ﻣﺘﻦ ﻛﻪ از ﻣﻨﺒﻊ ﻣﻮرد ﻧﻈﺮ دوﺑﺎره اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﻮد، ﺻﺮف ﻧﻈﺮ از ﻣﻮﻗﻌﻴﺖ ﻗﺒﻠﻲ آن در ﻣﺘﻦ، ﻣﺠﺪداً از همان شماره استفاده می‌شود.
• ﻫﻨﮕﺎﻣﻲ ﻛﻪ در ﺑﺨﺸﻲ از ﻣﺘﻦ ﺑﻪ ﭼﻨﺪ ﻣﻨﺒﻊ با شماره‌های متوالی اﺳﺘﻨﺎد ﺷﻮد، ﺧﻂ ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ (-) ﺑﺮای ﺗﻮاﻟﻲ اوﻟﻴﻦ و آﺧﺮﻳﻦ ﻋﺪد ﺑﻪ‌ﻛﺎر‌ ﻣﻲرود؛ ﺑﺮای ﻣﺜﺎل: ]18-14[.
• ﻫﻨﮕﺎﻣﻲ ﻛﻪ در ﺑﺨﺸﻲ از ﻣﺘﻦ ﺑﻪ ﭼﻨﺪ ﻣﻨﺒﻊ ﻏﻴﺮﻣﺘﻮاﻟﻲ اﺳﺘﻨﺎد ﺷﻮد، از وﻳﺮﮔﻮل ﺑﺪون ﻓﻀﺎی ﺧﺎﻟﻲ ﺑﺮای ﺟﺪاﺳﺎزی آﻧﻬﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻣﻲﺷﻮد؛ ﺑﺮای ﻣﺜﺎل: ]12، 8،6[.

 ﻓﻬﺮﺳتی از ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ مورد استفاده است و ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ ﺷﻤﺎره و ﻫﻤﺎن ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺒﻲ قرار می‌گیرند ﻛﻪ در ﻣﺘﻦ ذﻛﺮ ﺷﺪه‌اﻧﺪ. این فهرست در اﻧﺘﻬﺎی پیشنویس ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ و در یک صفحه جدید قرار‌می‌گیرد.
