fa معماری نوین اطلاعات در ویرایش 11 طبقه بندی بین المللی بیماری‌ها (‏ICD11‎‏)‏‎:‎‏ بستری پویا، تعاملی و هستی شناختی گزارش کوتاه Short Communication <p><strong>مقدمه:</strong> ‏ازمیان فعالیت‌های متعدد سازمان جهانی بهداشت، ‎سیستم طبقه بندی بین المللی بیماری‌ها ‏‏(International Classification of diseases =‏ICD‏) مهمترین و موفقترین محصول در طول تاریخ فعالیت‌های این سازمان به شمار می‌آید. منتهی استفاده از آن در سال‌های اخیر به جهت تحولات و نیاز‌های به وجود آمده باچالش‌های عمده ای روبرو بوده است. از این رو هدف این مقاله بررسی لزوم ‏بازنگری نو در ساختار ‏ICD‏ و همچنین مراحل شکل گیری معماری این طبقه بندی جهانی جهت تأکید بر ملزومات شکل گیری و پیاده سازی سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی نوین است. </p><p><strong>مروری بر مطالعات:</strong> این مطالعه مروری با جستجو در پایگاه های اطلاعاتیNLM,SCIENCEDIRECT, WHO و سایت‌های اختصاصی مربوط به ویرایش ICD11، در سه حوزه اهمیت، مشکلات و ویرایش جدید ICD انجام شده است. </p><p><strong>بحث و نتیجه گیری:</strong> افزایش نیاز‌های تخصصی و کمبود رده‌های فرعی متناسب با نیاز‌های بین المللی، توصیف‌های متفاوت از این رده بندی با توجه به نیازهای موضوعی و منطقه ای و درکنار آن نیاز به تعامل با ترمینولوژی‌های مختلف موجب گردیده تا سازمان جهانی بهداشت رویکرد جدیدی را در زمینه ویرایش این طبقه بندی بر اساس معماری پویا طراحی نماید. این معماری از ویکی معنایی و با سطوح داوری چهار مرحله ای برای ارائه ساختار هستی شناسی سه لایه ای استفاده کرده است. این ویرایش فعلاً در مراحل آزمایشی است و پیش بینی می‌شود که بعد از اجرا بتواند در تعامل و کنش پذیری ترمینولوژی‌ها مختلف و استقرار پرونده الکترونیک سلامت نقش مهمی ایفا نماید. </p> <p><strong>Introduction:</strong> International Classification of Diseases (ICD) is considered as the most successful product among various activities performed by World Health Organization. However, ICD has faced many challenges due to dynamic environment of needs. The main purpose of this study was to identify ‎ICD challenges and structure of ICD 11 life cycle through a review study of the published papers.</p><p><strong> Literature Review:</strong> A review study was adopted as the methodology of this paper. Data were collected by search strategy in the following databases: NLM, SCIENCEDIRECT, WHO‏‎, and ICD 11 related sites. </p><p><strong>Discussion:</strong> The findings showed that ICD was used in many countries some of which found ICD an insufficient tool for ‎the level ‎of details needed for clinical and ‎administrative uses. In addition, little consideration was given to adaptability of codes and mapping between the ICD-9 to ICD-10 codes. Therefore, WHO initiated ‎a new dynamic architechture based on ‎semantic web application ‎‏ and employed a four stage workflow ‎‎engine for collecting proposals. This architecture has applied a Semantic Wiki as well as a four stage peer review to provide a three layer ontological structure.
