fa تأملی بر نقش‌ها و صلاحیت‌های فناورانه متخصصین کتابداری و اطلاع رسانی پزشکی و فناوری اطلاعات سلامت فن آوری اطلاعات سلامت Health Information Technology نقد Commentary <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA"><span b="" nazanin="">بازنگری برنامه‌های درسی و آموزشی رشته‌های مختلف و تعریف یا بازتعریف صلاحیت‌ها، مهارت‌های حرفه‌ای</span></span><span lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin="">،</span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span b="" nazanin=""> نقش‌ها و پست‌های سازمانی موضوعی رایج‌ برای تمام رشته‌ها است. در مطالعه‌ای، صلاحیت‌های حرفه‌ای، نقش‌ها و ردیف‌های شغلی چون مدیر اطلاعات سلامت و کارشناس فناوری اطلاعات سلامت به‌عنوان بخشی از صلاحیت‌ها و ردیف‌های شغلی برای دانش‌آموختگان کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی پزشکی مورد تاکید قرار گرفته است. رشته‌هایی مانند فناوری اطلاعات سلامت، مدیریت اطلاعات سلامت و انفورماتیک پزشکی به‌صورت رسمی و به‌طور مشخص برای پاسخ به نیازهای اجرایی، فنی، تحلیلی و مدیریتی داده‌ها/اطلاعات سلامت، و سامانه‌ها و فناوری‌‌های اطلاعات سلامت طراحی شده‌اند که لازم است این موضوع در تعریف مسئولیت‌های حرفه‌ای مدنظر پژوهشگران، دانش‌آموختگان و سیاست‌گذاران&nbsp;حوزه آموزش و منابع انسانی سلامت قرار گیرد. </span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span new="" roman="" times="">Revising the curricula of various disciplines and defining or redefining professional competencies, and skills, as well as organizational roles and positions is a common practice across disciplines. One study emphasized professional competencies, roles, and positions such as health information manager, and health information technology specialists as part of the expected competencies and job titles for graduates in medical library and information science.
