fa فراترکیب شناسایی عوامل موثر بر پیاده‌سازی اقتصاد چرخشی در زنجیره تأمین بیمارستان‌ها اقتصاد سلامت Health Economics مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">مقدمه:</span></b><span lang="FA"> با توجه به حجم روزافزون پسماندهای بیمارستانی و تأثیرات زیانبار زیست‌محیطی مدل اقتصادی خطی، گذار به سمت اقتصاد چرخشی در بیمارستان‌ها به عنوان یک ضرورت استراتژیک مطرح می‌باشد. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و دسته‌بندی عوامل مؤثر بر پیاده‌سازی اقتصاد چرخشی در زنجیره تأمین <span style="color:black">بیمارستان‌ها </span>انجام شد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">روش &shy;ها:</span></b><span lang="FA"> این مطالعه با استفاده از روش فراترکیب و با پیروی از الگوی هفت‌مرحله‌ای سندلوسکی و باروسو انجام گردید. جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه مقالات منتشرشده در پایگاه&shy;های علمی معتبر از سال 2015 تا 2025 بود که پس از اعمال معیارهای ورود و خروج، 28 مقاله برای تحلیل نهایی انتخاب شدند.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">یافته&shy; ها: </span></b><span lang="FA">در پژوهش حاضر، ابتدا کدهای فرعی و سپس 37 کُد محوری که نشان‌دهندۀ عوامل موثر بر پیاده&shy;سازی اقتصاد چرخشی در زنجیره تأمین بیمارستان&shy;ها است، استخراج و در مرحلۀ نهایی، این کُدها ذیل ۷ بُعد اصلی حاکمیت و رهبری، فرهنگ سازمانی و سرمایه انسانی، فناوری و زیرساخت، همکاری‌های بیرونی و شبکه&shy;سازی، مدیریت عملیات و فرآیندها، ارزیابی عملکرد و پایش و ملاحظات اقتصادی و راهبردی دسته&shy;بندی شدند.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">نتیجه&shy; گیری:</span></b> <span lang="FA">یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که پیاده‌سازی موفق اقتصاد چرخشی در بیمارستان‌ها نیازمند نگرشی سیستماتیک و توجه همزمان به ابعاد مختلف است. مدیران بیمارستان‌ها و سیاست‌گذاران نظام سلامت می‌توانند با بهره‌گیری از چارچوب ارائه‌شده در این پژوهش، راهبردهای عملیاتی مناسبی را برای تسهیل گذار به سمت اقتصاد چرخشی تدوین نمایند. آموزش کارکنان، استقرار سیستم‌های انگیزشی، توسعه زیرساخت‌های بازیافت و تقویت همکاری‌های بین‌سازمانی از جمله مهمترین اقدامات پیشنهادی هستند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b>Introduction:</b> Given the growing volume of hospital waste and the detrimental environmental impacts of the linear economic model, the transition toward a circular economy in hospitals is considered a strategic necessity. This research aimed to identify and classify the factors influencing the implementation of the circular economy in the hospital supply chain<span dir="RTL" lang="FA">.</span><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b>Methods:</b> This study was conducted using the meta-synthesis method, following the seven-step model of Sandelowski and Barroso. The research population included all articles published in reputable scientific databases from 2015 to 2025, from which 28 articles were selected for final analysis after applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria<span dir="RTL" lang="FA">.</span><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b>Results:</b> In the present study, sub-codes and then 38 axial codes, which represent the factors influencing the implementation of the circular economy in the hospital supply chain, were first extracted. In the final stage, these codes were categorized under seven main dimensions: Governance and Leadership, Organizational Culture and Human Capital, Technology and Infrastructure, External Collaborations and Networking, Operations and Processes Management, Performance Evaluation and Monitoring, and Economic and Strategic Considerations<span dir="RTL" lang="FA">.</span><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b>Conclusion:</b> The findings of this research indicate that the successful implementation of the circular economy in hospitals requires a systematic approach and simultaneous attention to various dimensions. Hospital managers and health system policymakers can utilize the framework presented in this research to develop appropriate operational strategies to facilitate the transition toward a circular economy.
