fa نگرش دانشجویان پزشکی نسبت به هوش مصنوعی و نیازهای آموزشی: یک مطالعه مقطعی Medical Students’ Attitudes towards Artificial Intelligence and Educational Needs: A Cross-sectional Study سیاست گذاری Health Policy پژوهشي Research مقدمه: هوش مصنوعی می‌تواند مراقبت‌های سلامت را متحول سازد. بااین‌حال، شواهد نشان می‌دهد که نظام آموزش پزشکی کنونی پزشکان آینده را برای انقلاب هوش مصنوعی در مراقبت‌های سلامت آماده نمی‌کند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی نگرش دانشجویان پزشکی نسبت به هوش مصنوعی و ارزیابی نیازهای آموزشی آنان انجام شد.روش‌ها: این مطالعه مقطعی روی ۲۵۱ دانشجوی پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد در سال 1403 انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌ای ساختارمند بود که روایی و پایایی آن تأیید شد. داده‌ها از طریق آمار توصیفی و آزمون‌های t مستقل و تحلیل واریانس با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 26 در سطح معنی‌داری 0/05 P<تحلیل شدند.یافته‌ها: اکثر دانشجویان (76 درصد) هیچ آموزشی در زمینه هوش مصنوعی ندیده بودند. نگرش آنها نسبت به هوش مصنوعی مثبت بود به‌طوری‌که 94/4درصد معتقد بودند که هوش مصنوعی دسترسی پزشکان به اطلاعات را تسهیل می‌کند و 88/8 درصد اظهار نمودند که هوش مصنوعی به پزشکان کمک می‌کند تا تصمیم‌های دقیق‌تری بگیرند. از سوی دیگر، به‌ترتیب 73/7 و 53/8 درصد آنها نگرانی‌هایی همچون زیر سوال رفتن اعتبار حرفه پزشکی و نداشتن صلاحیت کافی برای آگاهی‌بخشی به بیماران در زمینه مخاطرات هوش مصنوعی را مطرح کردند. دانش و مهارت‌های مربوط به برنامه‌های کاربردی هوش مصنوعی، هوش مصنوعی در تحقیقات علمی و هوش مصنوعی برای کاهش خطاهای پزشکی، به‌ترتیب نیاز آموزشی 91/2، 89/2 و 88/8 درصد از دانشجویان بود. نتیجه گیری: آگاهی دانشجویان پزشکی در زمینه هوش مصنوعی و آموزش‌ به آنها ناکافی است اما باتوجه به نگرش مثبت آنان، پیشنهاد می‌شود مباحث هوش مصنوعی بر اساس نیازهای آموزشی دانشجویان در برنامه‌های درسی و فوق برنامه پزشکی گنجانده شوند. <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Artificial intelligence (AI) has the potential to transform healthcare. However, evidence demonstrates that the current medical education system is not preparing future physicians for the AI revolution in healthcare. This study aimed to investigate medical students’ attitudes towards AI and assess their educational needs. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 251 medical students at Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in 2024. The data were collected using a structured questionnaire, the validity and reliability of which were confirmed. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-tests and analysis of variance at a significance level of P<0.05 using SPSS-26 software. Results: Most students (76%) had not received any training in artificial intelligence; however, their attitudes towards it were positive, with 94.4% believing that artificial intelligence would facilitate physicians' access to information, and 88.8% stating that it helps them make more accurate decisions. On the other hand, concerns such as questioning the credibility of the medical profession by 73.7% and not being competent enough to inform patients about the risks of artificial intelligence were reported by 53.8% of students. Knowledge and skills related to AI applications, AI in scientific research, and AI applications to reduce medical errors were the educational needs of 91.2%, 89.2%, and 88.8% of students, respectively.
