fa ضرورت توجه به مخاطرات ایمنی بیمار ناشی از سلامت دیجیتال و هوش مصنوعی مدیریت اطلاعات سلامت Health Information Management سرمقاله Editorial <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;">فناوری‌های سلامت دیجیتال و هوش مصنوعی کیفیت و ایمنی خدمات سلامت را افزایش داده است. بااین‌حال، این فناوری‌ها گاهی منجر به کاهش ایمنی بیمار مانند آسیب‌های جدی و حتی مرگ بیماران شده‌اند. مطالعات مختلف انواع ریسک‌ها و مشکلات منجر به این فناوری‌ها که منجر به آسیب بیمار شده را نشان داده‌اند. برخی مشکلات مانند مسائل نرم‌افزاری، ورودی نادرست داده‌ها، هشدارهای ناکافی، تأخیر در ثبت دستورات، رابط کاربری نامناسب، عدم تطابق سیستم با گردش کار بالینی، ارائه ‌تشخیص‌های نادرست، نقص الگوریتم‌ها و سوگیری‌های جنسیتی، نژادی و جغرافیایی هوش مصنوعی از جمله مسائلی است که می‌تواند منجر به ریسک ایمنی بیمار شود. بااین‌حال، در کشور عمدتا به جنبه‌های مثبت این فناوری‌ها پرداخته شده است. لازم است پژوهشگران ایرانی به ابعاد مخاطره‌آمیز این فناوری‌ها توجه بیشتری نمایند.</span></span></span> </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:9.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Health information technologies, digital health and artificial intelligence significantly improve patient safety; however, these technologies sometimes <span style="background:white"><span style="color:black">compromise p</span></span>atient safety, <span style="background:white"><span style="color:black">leading to </span></span>serious harm and even death. Many studies highlighted a variety of patient safety risks attributed to these technologies. Software malfunctions, incorrect data input, inadequate alerts generated by these technologies, delays in order entry systems, poor user interfaces, system misalignment with clinical workflows, algorithmic flaws, and gender, racial, and geographical biases are some flaws may result in patient safety incidents. Researchers in Iran mainly focus on positive aspects and outcomes of these technologies.
