fa تدوین الگوی درخت دانش در مراکز تحقیقاتی سلامت: از تئوری تا عمل Developing a knowledge tree model in health research centers: from theory to practice کتابداری و اطلاع رسانی پزشکی Medical Librarianship and Information Science پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: با درخت دانش می‌توان به رصد پژوهش‌ها و دانش تولید شده برای اطمینان از رشد و تداوم فعالیت‌های دانش‌محور پرداخت. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مدلی برای ترسیم درخت دانش در مراکز تحقیقاتی علوم پزشکی است. روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی با رویکرد کمی از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی است. جامعه آماری شامل کارکنان ستاد پژوهش دانشگاه،  مدیران مراکز تحقیقاتی، خبرگان حوزه سلامت و مدیریت دانش است. نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند با حداکثر تنوع انجام شد. برای روایی محتوایی از گروه خبرگان هشت نفری و شاخص روایی محتوایی (CVI)  استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: پنج گام ترسیم درخت دانش در مراکز پژوهشی شامل شناسایی زمینه‌های دانشی (بررسی راهبردها و اسناد بالادستی، شناسایی زمینه های دانشی، شناسایی انواع دانش و ساختار دانشی)، ترسیم درخت دانش (تعیین دارایی‌های دانشی، شناسایی ذینفعان و کاربران دانش، تحلیل نیاز دانشی و تعیین وضعیت موجود، تشکیل کارگروه ترسیم درخت دانش)، تعیین چارچوب درخت دانش (تعیین قلمرو دانشی، تعیین نوع درخت دانش، تعیین رویکرد تدوین درخت دانش)، گردآوری و تحلیل کلیدواژه‌های دانشی (طراحی ابزار اکتساب، استخراج کلیدواژه‌های نماینده دانش، تشکیل کاربرگ دانشی افراد، دسته‌بندی و یکپارچه‌سازی کلیدواژه‌ها) و در نهایت، طراحی و اعتباریابی (ایجاد ساختار، ترسیم روابط، بصری‌سازی، اعتبارسنجی، تکمیل و بهروزرسانی) می‌باشد. ‌نتیجه‌گیری: در مراکز تحقیقاتی، بازنمایی دانش از طریق نمایش درخت دانش، توصیف ویژگی دانش و رابطه دانش، و ساخت درخت دانش محقق می‌شود. این کار منجر به بهبود کارایی و کیفیت دانش تولید شده و دقت در قضاوت به‌واسطه ایجاد ارتباط بین دانشهای مختلف میشود.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: The knowledge tree facilitates the monitoring of research and generated knowledge to ensure the growth and sustatainability of knowledge-based activities. This study aims to present a model for developing the knowledge tree research centers affiliated to medical universities. Methods: This applied study employed a quantitative, descriptive-analytical approach. The statistical population included purposefully selected university research staff, research center managers, and experts in health and knowledge management, aimimg for maximum diversity. Content validity was assessed using an eight-member expert panel and the Content Validity Index (CVI). Results: The five steps for developing a knowledge tree for research centers include: 1) identifying knowledge areas (reviewing strategic and upstream documents, identifying knowledge domains, knowledge types, and knowledge structures), 2) drawing the knowledge tree (identifying knowledge assets, stakeholders and knowledge users; analyzing knowledge needs and current status; establishing a knowledge tree working group), 3) defining the knowledge tree framework (determining the scope, type, and development approach for the knowledge tree), 4) collecting and analyzing knowledge keywords (designing acquisition tools, extracting representative keywords, preparing individual knowledge worksheets, categorizing and integrating keywords), and 5) designing and validating (structuring the tree, drawing relationships, visualization, validation, completion, and updating). Conclusion: In research centers, knowledge representation is achieved by visualizing the knowledge tree, describing its features and relationships, and constructing the knowledge tree.
