fa ارزیابی الزامات عملکردی و غیر عملکردی برنامه‌های کاربردی مدیریت دارو توسعه یافته در ایران مدیریت اطلاعات سلامت Health Information Management مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">مقدمه:<span style="font-weight:normal"> برنامه‌های کاربردی مبتنی بر تلفن همراه</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="font-weight:normal"> برای </span></span></strong><strong><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-weight:normal">مدیریت دارو نقش مهمی در ارتقای ایمنی دارویی، یادآوری مصرف دارو و دسترسی به اطلاعات دارویی دارند. بااین</span></span><span lang="EN-GB"><span style="font-weight:normal">‌</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-weight:normal">حال، کیفیت و اثربخشی این برنامه‌ها به الزامات عملکردی و غیرعملکردی آنها بستگی دارد. هدف از این مطالعه شناسایی و مقایسه الزامات عملکردی و غیرعملکردی برنامه‌های کاربردی مدیریت دارو توسعه یافته در ایران بود.</span></span></strong><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">روش</span>‌<span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">ها</span></b><strong><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-weight:normal">: این مطالعه در سال </span></span></strong><strong><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="font-weight:normal">۱۴۰۳</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-weight:normal"> انجام شد. ابتدا از طریق مرور متون، الزامات کلیدی استخراج و چک‌لیست ارزیابی تدوین شد. چک‌لیست شامل </span></span></strong><strong><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="font-weight:normal">نُه</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-weight:normal"> الزام عملکردی و </span></span></strong><strong><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="font-weight:normal">هشت</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-weight:normal"> الزام غیرعملکردی بود و روایی آن با نظر متخصصان تأیید شد. سپس، </span></span></strong><strong><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="font-weight:normal">۱۱</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-weight:normal"> برنامه کاربردی رایگان از دو بازار آنلاین داخلی و گوگل‌پلی انتخاب و بررسی شدند. سه نفر از متخصصین فناوری اطلاعات سلامت و انفورماتیک پزشکی ارزیابی </span></span></strong><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">پایایی <strong><span style="font-weight:normal">(ضریب کاپا 8</span></strong></span><strong><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="font-weight:normal">1</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-weight:normal">/0) را انجام دادند.</span></span></strong><br> <strong><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">یافته‌ها:<span style="font-weight:normal"> در میان الزامات عملکردی، ویژگی‌هایی مانند ارائه اطلاعات دارویی و مدیریت داروها در 11 برنامه‌ مشاهده شدولی امکان ثبت داده‌های بالینی تنها دریک برنامه و ایجاد پروفایل شخصی در هیچ‌کدام</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="font-weight:normal"> از برنامه‌ها</span></span></strong><strong><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-weight:normal"> وجود نداشت. الزامات غیرعملکردی مانند کاربردپذیری (11 برنامه)،</span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="font-weight:normal"> قابلیت اطمینان</span></span><strong> </strong><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-weight:normal">(10 برنامه) و دسترس‌پذیری (10 برنامه)، امنیت اطلاعات (چهار برنامه)، مقیاس‌پذیری (پنج برنامه) و حفظ حریم خصوصی (سه برنامه) نیز رایج‌ترین موارد بودند.</span></span></strong><br> <strong><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">نتیجه‌گیری:<span style="font-weight:normal"> با وجود رعایت برخی الزامات در بسیاری از برنامه‌های مدیریت دارو، به‌نظر </span></span></strong><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">می‌رسد<strong><span style="font-weight:normal"> این برنامه‌ها همچنان نیازمند ارتقاء در زمینه‌های مختلف مانند اطلاعات ثبت اطلاعات بالینی، مقیاس‌پذیری و امنیت هستند. استفاده از استانداردهای معتبر و مشارکت متخصصان حوزه سلامت در طراحی این بر</span></strong>نامه‌ها <strong><span style="font-weight:normal">برای ارتقا کیفیت و اثربخشی توصیه می‌شود.</span></strong></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><b><span lang="EN-GB">Introduction: </span></b><span lang="EN-GB">Mobile-based medication management applications play a significant role in improving medication safety, providing medication reminders, and facilitating access to drug-related information. However, the quality and effectiveness of these applications depend on their functional and non-functional requirements. This study aimed to identify and compare the functional and non-functional requirements of medication management applications developed in Iran.</span><br> <b><span lang="EN-GB">Methods:</span></b><span lang="EN-GB"> This study was conducted in 2024. Initially, key requirements were identified through a scoping review. Then, an evaluation checklist containing nine functional and eight non-functional requirements was developed, and its content validity was confirmed by experts. Eleven free applications were selected from two Iranian app stores and Google Play. The reliabilty was evaluated by three experts in health information technology and medical informatics using Kappa coefficient (K = 0.81).</span><br> <b><span lang="EN-GB">Results:</span></b><span lang="EN-GB"> Among functional requirements, features such as medication information and medication management were observed in all 11 applications. By contrast, features such as clinical data entry was found in only one app, and no applications allowed user profile creation. Regarding non-functional requirements, the most frequent ones were usability (n=11), reliability (n=10), accessibility (n=10), security (n=4), scalability (n=5), and privacy (n=3).</span><br> <b><span lang="EN-GB">Conclusion:</span></b><span lang="EN-GB"> While several key requirements were included in most medication management applications, there remains a need for improvement in areas such as clinical data recording, scalability, and security.
