fa مزایا و چالش های نسخه نویسی الکترونیک دارویی مدیریت اطلاعات سلامت Health Information Management پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span calibri=""><span lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin=""><span style="color:black">مقدمه: فرایند نسخه نویسی یکی از دغدغه های اصلی سیاست های سلامت است و تلاش برای ارتقای مستمر نسخه نویسی بهینه و مناسب در بیمارستانهای آموزشی درمانی ضروری است. هدف از این مطالعه شناسایی مزایا و چالش های اصلی نسخه نویسی الکترونیک دارویی در بیمارستان های آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اردبیل بود.<br> روش ها: پژوهش کیفی حاضر به روش تحلیل محتوا درسال 1402 اجرا شد و مزایا و چالش های نسخه نویسی الکترونیکی از دیدگاه چهار گروه ذینفع (پزشکان، مسئولین فنی داروخانه ها، بیماران و کارشناسان بیمه) بررسی MAXQDA شد. ذینفعان به صورت هدفمند در مصاحبه شرکت نمودند. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرمافزار 2020 انجام شد.<br> یافته ها: رفع ناخوانایی دستورات دارویی و متعاقب آن کاهش خطاهای دارویی و نیز بهبود امنیت و محرمانگی اطلاعات از مهمترین مزایای نسخه نویسی الکترونیکی میباشند. قطعی و کندی متناوب سرعت اینترنت و کامل نبودن زیرساخت ها، جستجوی سخت داروها، عدم هشدار برای تداخلات دارویی، عدم ارتباط با سیستم های تصمیم یار بالینی نیز به عنوان چالش های اصلی این سیستم شناسایی شدند.<br> نتیجه گیری: پیاده سازی سیستم نسخه نویسی الکترونیکی برای ارتقای نظام سلامت کشور ضروری است. لازم است مزایای این سیستم به خوبی معرفی و آموزش های موردنیاز به اشکال مختلف جهت استفاده درست به کاربران داده شود. ارتباط مستمر با کاربران و دریافت نقطه نظرات آنها موجب پیاده سازی دقیق نسخه نویسی الکترونیکی و حذف نقاط منفی آن خواهد شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span calibri=""><span lang="EN"><span style="line-height:107%"><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="color:black"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Public health policies place significant emphasis on the prescription process, and ongoing efforts are required to support the development of optimal and adequate prescription practices in teaching hospitals. This study aims to identify<br> advantages and challenges of electronic prescription in the teaching hospitals affiliated with Ardabil University of Medical Sciences.<br> <strong>Methods: </strong>The content analysis approach was used to conduct the current qualitative investigation in 2023. Four beneficiaries (physicians, pharmacy technicians, patients, and insurance experts) participated in this study to analyze the benefits and challenges of electronic prescription. These beneficiaries were purposefully engaged in the interviews. MAXQDA2020 software was used for data analysis.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Participants&rsquo; perspectives indicate that the most important benefits are reducing medication errors by eliminating the illegibility of medication orders and enhancing the security and confidentiality of information. The intermittent interruptions, slow internet speed, incomplete infrastructure, difficulty in searching for drugs, lack of warnings regarding drug interactions, and inadequate connection with clinical decision support systems are also the main challenges of this system.<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>The study demonstrates that the implementation of the electronic prescribing system is essential for enhancing the healthcare system. It is necessary to effectively introduce the benefits of this system and provide the required training in various formats for proper usage by the users.
