fa بررسی دیدگاه‌ اعضای هیئت علمی، مدیران و سیاست‌گذاران وزارت بهداشت در خصوص انجمن کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی پزشکی ایران: مطالعه کیفی کتابداری و اطلاع رسانی پزشکی Medical Librarianship and Information Science پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">مقدمه</span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">: </span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">انجمن&shy; های علمی در توسعه علم و سیاست‌گذاری&shy; های مرتبط، پیگیری مشکلات شغلی و صنفی نقش اساسی دارند. هر سازمان و نهادی جهت پیشبرد اهداف و برنامه &shy;ها، نیازمند بازنگری در مسائل داخلی و شناسایی مشکلات و امکانات موجود و فرصت‌های پیش‌رو است. انجمن کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی پزشکی نیز بی&shy;نیاز از پرداختن به این مسائل نیست. هدف این پژوهش بررسی فرصت&shy; ها، تهدیدها، چالش&shy;ها و راه‌کارهای رفع چالش&shy; های انجمن از منظر صاحب‌نظران است. </span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">روش‌ها</span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">: پژوهش حاضر کیفی و از نظر هدف کاربردی است. برای گردآوری داده&shy; ها از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 20 نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی، مدیران و سیاست‌گذاران وزارت بهداشت در حوزه کتابداری استفاده شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار تحلیل داده‌های کیفی </span><span lang="EN-GB">MaxQDA</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"> 2020 استفاده شد. </span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">یافته‌ها</span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">: با تحلیل محتوای مصاحبه&shy; ها، 11 مقوله فرعی شامل کمیته‌های انجمن، فناوری‌های اطلاعاتی و ارتباطی، چالش‌های فردی، چالش‌های سازمانی، چالش‌های مالی، تقویت سطح رشته، تقویت سطح فردی و اجتماعی، تقویت حوزه آموزش، تقویت سیاست عملیاتی و تدوین راهبردها در قالب چهار مقوله اصلی: ساختار و تشکیلات، چالش‌های پیش‌رو، راه‌کارها و دستاوردها شناسایی و دسته‌بندی شدند. </span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">نتیجه &shy;گیری</span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">: انجمن از فرصت&shy; های خوبی جهت ادامه فعالیت و رشد برخوردار است. الگو&shy;پذیری از سایر انجمن&shy; های موفق، داشتن برنامه راهبردی و تدوین نقشه راه به شرط بازنگری و ارزیابی مداوم می&shy;تواند موفقیت انجمن را تضمین نماید. </span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span b="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> </span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><b><span lang="EN-GB">Introduction</span></b><span lang="EN-GB">: Scientific associations play a fundamental role in advancing science, shaping related policies, and addressing occupational and professional issues. The Medical Library and Information Association needs to reassess its internal issues and identify existing challenges, and facilities as well as emerging opportunities. Therefore, this research aimed to investigate the opportunities, threats, challenges, and solutions facing the association from the perspective of experts</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">.</span><br> <b><span lang="EN-GB">Methods</span></b><span lang="EN-GB">: This qualitative and applied study was conducted through semi-structured interviews with 20 faculty members, managers, and policy makers from the Ministry of Health and Medical Education, all specialized in librarianship. Data were analyzed using MAXQDA 2020 qualitative data analysis software.</span><span lang="FA" dir="RTL" style="font-size:10.0pt"></span><br> <b><span lang="EN-GB">Results</span></b><span lang="EN-GB">: Content analysis of the interviews resulted in 11 subcategories including association committees, information and communication technologies, individual challenges, organizational challenges, financial challenges, strengthening discipline level, strengthening individual and social level, strengthening educational field, strengthening operational policy-making and strategy formulation, which were grouped into four main categories: structure and organization, challenges, solutions, and achievements.</span><br> <b><span lang="EN-GB">Conclusion</span></b><span lang="EN-GB">: The findings indicate that the association has significant opportunities for continued activity and growth.
