fa تدوین شاخص های سنجش توسعه کارآفرینی در دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی ایران مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی‌ و درمانی Health Services Management پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">مقدمه:</span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">در سالهای اخیر موضوع کارآفرینی و نوآوری در نظام سلامت ایران مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. بنابراین، این مطالعه با هدف تدوین شاخصهای سنجش توسعه کارآفرینی در دانشگاه&shy;های علوم پزشکی ایران انجام شد..</span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">روش &shy;ها:</span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">در این پژوهش، با استفاده از مرور متون، مصاحبه</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">&shy;</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">های نیمه &shy;ساختاریافته، پانل خبرگان و فن دلفی شاخصهای اندازه‌گیری توسعه کارآفرینی طراحی شده است. شرکت‌کنندگان در مصاحبه‌ها شامل 24 نفر از افراد صاحبنظر و مدیران ارشد نظام سلامت و دانشگاه</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">&shy;</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">های علوم پزشکی ایران در زمینه کارآفرینی در نظام سلامت، افراد صاحب‌نظر و خبره در سایر بخش</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">&shy;</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">ها از جمله دانشکده&shy; های دانشگاه</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">&shy;</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">های وزارت علوم و تحقیقات و سایر افراد و صاحب‌نظران برحسب مورد از بخش&shy;های مختلف بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند در سال 1401 انتخاب شدند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها، از روش تحلیل درون مایه به صورت دستی استفاده شد.</span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">یافته&shy; ها:</span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">در مرور متون، 14 مطالعه بررسی و 82 شاخص کارآفرینی شناسایی شد. در نهایت، 50 شاخص کارآفرینی در شش حیطه اصلی شامل زیرساخت‌ها و ظرفیت‌های توسعه کارآفرینی (16 شاخص)، تحقیقات (9 شاخص)، آموزش(7 شاخص)، مدیریت و ساختار (2 شاخص)، سرمایه‌گذاری و بسترسازی در کارآفرینی دانشگاهی (7 شاخص) و بهره‌وری و نتایج کارآفرینی دانشگاهی (9 شاخص) شناسایی شدند.</span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">نتیجه‌گیری</span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">:</span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">شاخص</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">&shy;</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">های سنجش کارآفرینی در دانشگاه</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">&shy;</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">های علوم پزشکی ایران تدوین گردید که می‌توانند در اندازه‌گیری و برنامه‌ریزی برای ارتقای وضعیت کارآفرینی در دانشگاه</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">&shy;</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">های علوم پزشکی مورد استفاده قرار گیرند.</span></span></span><span style="text-justify:inter-ideograph"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"> <span dir="LTR" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></span></span></span> <div dir="ltr" style="text-align: right;"></div></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><b><span lang="EN-GB">Introduction</span></b><span lang="EN-GB">:</span> <span lang="EN-GB">In recent years, the issue of entrepreneurship and innovation within Iran&#39;s health system has received significant attention. Therefore, this study aims to explain the indicators for measuring the development of entrepreneurship within the framework of Iranian universities of medical sciences</span>.<span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:10.0pt"></span><br> <b><span lang="EN-GB">Methods</span></b><span lang="EN-GB">:</span> Indicators for measuring entrepreneurship development were desined using a literature review, semi-structured interviews, expert panel, and the Delphi technique. The participants in this study included 24 experts and senior managers from Iran&#39;s health system and universities of medical sciences in the field of entrepreneurship in the health system, as well as, experts from other sectors, including university faculties of the Ministry of Science and Research. Experts were selected from various departments based on the specific criteria through and purposeful sampling. Thematic analysis method was used manually to analyze the data.<span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:10.0pt"></span><br> <b><span lang="EN-GB">Results</span></b><span lang="EN-GB">:</span> <span lang="EN-GB">The systematic literature review examined 13 studies, identifying 82 entrepreneurship indicators.
