fa طراحی الگوی ماهواره‌ای معیارهای ارتقای عملکرد مراکز خدمات درمانی:با رویکرد تحلیل مضمون مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی‌ و درمانی Health Services Management پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">مقدمه:</span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"> صنعت خدمات درمانی تاثیر قابل توجهی بر ارتقای کیفیت زندگی و افزایش امید به زندگی داشته‌اند. با این حال، تفاوت آشکاری بین ظرفیت بالقوه این نظام‌ها و عملکرد فعلی آن‌ها وجود دارد. این شکاف بین پتانسیل و واقعیت، چالشی است که نیازمند توجه و اقدامات موثر است تا بتوان از تمام ظرفیت‌های موجود در نظام سلامت به نحو بهینه استفاده کرد. لذا ارائه یک نگرش کل نگر از طریق یک الگوی سیستمی و جامع می‌تواند مدیران سازمان‌های خدمات درمانی را از این حیث یاری نماید. هدف از این پژوهش طراحی و ارائه الگوی ماهواره‌ای جامع بر اساس معیارهای ارتقای عملکرد مراکز خدمات درمانی می‌باشد.</span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">روش&shy; ها:</span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">این پژوهش بر اساس هدف بنیادی و از حیث روش کیفی بوده و دارای رویکرد استقرایی می‌باشد. داده‌های این پژوهش براساس ادبیات پژوهش و انجام مصاحبه های کیفی از 19 نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه‌ها و مدیران و کارشناسان خدمات درمانی بدست آمد. سرانجام داده‌ها از طریق تکنیک تحلیل مضمون تجزیه و تحلیل گردیدند.</span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">یافته&shy; ها:</span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">این پژوهش منجر به طراحی الگوی ماهواه‌ای معیارهای ارتقای عملکرد مراکز خدمات درمانی شد. این الگو دارای 5 مضمون اصلی و 21 مضمون فرعی می‌باشد که 5 مضمون اصلی تشکیل دهنده آن عبارتند از: منابع انسانی، منابع غیرانسانی، تصویرسازی، مزیت استراتژیک داخلی و ساختار.</span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">نتیجه‌گیری</span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">:</span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">براسـاس بررسی معیارهای ارتقای عملکرد حائز اهمیت در مراکز خدمات درمانی، سـازمان‌هـای ارائه دهنده خدمات بهداشـتی و درمانـی ضمن توجه به معیارهای اثرگذار بر عملکرد بایستی الگـوی خـاص خـود را طراحـی نموده و در عرصـه عمـل، توجه به نگرش سیستمی و حوزه‌های مختلف سازمانی را بهبود بخشیده و مانع امر بهینه‌سازی بخشی در حوزه مدیریتی خود گردند.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><b><span lang="EN-GB">Introduction</span></b><span lang="EN-GB">:</span> <span lang="EN-GB">The healthcare industry has had a significant impact on improving the quality of life and increasing life expectancy. However, there is a clear discrepancy between the potential capacity of these systems and their actual performance. This gap between potential and reality is a challenge that requires attention and effective actions to optimally utilize all the capacities available in the healthcare system. Therefore, providing a holistic perspective through a comprehensive systematic model can assist managers of healthcare organizations in this regard. The aim of this research is to design and present a comprehensive satellite model based on the criteria for enhancing the performance of healthcare centers.</span><br> <b><span lang="EN-GB">Methods</span></b><span lang="EN-GB">:</span> <span lang="EN-GB">This research is fundamentally, qualitative in nature and has an inductive approach. The data for this research was obtained based on a literature review and conducting qualitative interviews with 19 faculty members of universities, managers, and healthcare experts. Finally, the data was analyzed using the thematic analysis technique.</span><br> <b><span lang="EN-GB">Results</span></b><span lang="EN-GB">:</span> <span lang="EN-GB">This research led to the design of a satellite model of criteria for enhancing the performance of healthcare centers. This model has five main categories and 21 subcategories, with the five main categories being: human resources, non-human resources, impression, internal strategic advantage, and structure.</span><br> <b><span lang="EN-GB">Conclusion</span></b><span lang="EN-GB">:</span> <span lang="EN-GB">Based on the examination of the important criteria for enhancing performance in healthcare centers, healthcare providers, while paying attention to the criteria that affect performance, should design their own specific model and, in the field of implementation, improve attention to a systematic approach and different organizational areas and prevent the optimization of a single part in their management area.</span></span></span></div> الگوی ماهواره‌ای, ارتقای عملکرد, مراکز خدمات درمانی, تحلیل مضمون.
