fa دلایل و عوامل اجتناب از اطلاعات سلامت در ارائه کنندگان و دریافت‌کنندگان خدمات سلامت: مرور دامنه ای کتابداری و اطلاع رسانی پزشکی Medical Librarianship and Information Science مروری Review <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">مقدمه:</span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">افراد مختلف گاهی از جستجو یا استفاده از اطلاعات سلامت اجتناب می</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">&shy;</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">کنند. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین دلایل و عوامل اجتناب از اطلاعات سلامت در دریافت</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">کنندگان و ارائه&shy; کنندگان خدمات سلامت انجام شده است.</span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">روش&shy; ها:</span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">در این مرور دامنه</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">&shy;</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">ای پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی کاکرین، اسکاپوس، وب آو ساینس، پابمد، ام بیس و لیستا&nbsp; جستجو شد. در مجموع تعداد 1901 مطالعه بازیابی شد که پس از حذف موارد تکراری و غربالگری، در نهایت 30 مطالعه برای ورود به مرور انتخاب شد. داده &shy;های استخراج شده بر اساس اهداف مرور دسته‌بندی و به صورت روایتی و در قالب جدول گزارش گردید.&nbsp; </span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">یافته&shy; ها:</span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">دلایل اجتناب از اطلاعات سلامت در دریافت‌کنندگان خدمات سلامت شامل دلایل مرتبط با اطلاعات، دلایل مرتبط با نظام سلامت، و دلایل روان</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">&shy;</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">شناختی بودند. عوامل اجتناب از اطلاعات سلامت در دریافت‌کنندگان خدمات سلامت نیز عبارت بودند از: عوامل روان</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">&shy;</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">شناختی، عوامل جمعیت</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">&shy;</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">شناختی، عوامل مرتبط با نظام سلامت و عوامل مرتبط با اطلاعات. همچنین، دلایل اجتناب از اطلاعات سلامت در ارائه</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">&shy;</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">کنندگان خدمات سلامت، دلایل مرتبط با اطلاعات و دلایل مرتبط با نظام سلامت بودند. عوامل اجتناب از اطلاعات سلامت در ارائهکنندگان خدمات سلامت نیز شامل عوامل مرتبط با اطلاعات، عوامل مرتبط با نظام سلامت و عوامل روان&shy;شناختی بودند.</span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">نتیجه‌گیری</span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">:</span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">در این پژوهش، دلایل و عوامل اجتناب از اطلاعات سلامت در بین دریافت</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">&shy;</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">کنندگان خدمات سلامت و ارائه</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">&shy;</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">دهندگان این خدمات دسته</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">&shy;</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">بندی شد. شناخت این دلایل و عوامل می‌تواند سازوکاری در اختیار سیاست‌گذاران سلامت و کتابداران و اطلاع‌رسانان پزشکی قرار دهد تا خدمات اطلاع</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">&shy;</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">رسانی سلامت را برای اجتناب</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">&shy;</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">کنندگان اطلاعات سلامت به گونه</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">&shy;</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">ای مناسب طراحی و برنامه &shy;ریزی کنند و موجب بهبود روند اطلاع‌رسانی سلامت شوند.</span></span></span> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><b><span lang="EN-GB">Introduction</span></b><span lang="EN-GB">:</span> People sometimes avoid searching for or using health information. This study aimed to determine the reasons and factors for avoiding health information in health service recipients and health service providers.<span style="font-size:10.0pt" lang="EN-GB"></span><br> <b><span lang="EN-GB">Methods</span></b><span lang="EN-GB">:</span> In this scoping review, Cochrane, Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, EMbase and LISTA databases were searched. A total of 1901 studies were retrieved, and after removing duplicates and screening, finally 30 studies were entered into the review. The extracted data were categorized based on the objectives of the review and reported in a narrative form in tables.<span style="font-size:10.0pt" lang="EN-GB"></span><br> <b><span lang="EN-GB">Results</span></b><span lang="EN-GB">:</span> <span lang="EN-GB">The reasons for avoiding health information among health service recipients included reasons related to information, reasons related to the health system, and psychological reasons. The factors for avoiding health information among them were psychological factors, demographic factors, factors related to the health system, and factors related to information. Also, the reasons for avoiding health information among health service providers were information-related reasons and health system-related reasons. The factors for avoiding health information in them also included factors related to information, factors related to the health system, and psychological factors.</span><br> <b><span lang="EN-GB">Conclusion</span></b><span lang="EN-GB">:</span> <span lang="EN-GB">In this research, the reasons and factors for avoiding health information were categorized among the health services recipients and the providers of these services.
