fa میزان دستیابی به اهداف پیش‌بینی شده وزارت بهداشت در پیاده‌سازی سامانه پرونده الکترونیک سلامت از دیدگاه کاربران نهایی در استان آذربایجان غربی مدیریت اطلاعات سلامت Health Information Management پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">مقدمه:</span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">پرونده الکترونیک سلامت از فناوری&shy; های بنیادین در نظام سلامت هر کشور محسوب می&shy; شود. این فناوری داده&shy; هایی را فراهم می&shy; کند که در سطح فردی (بیمار) مبنایی برای ارائه خدمات سلامت و در سطح سازمانی و فراسازمانی مبنایی برای تصمیم &shy;گیری &shy;های کلان، سیاست&shy; گذاری و مدیریت خدمات سلامت محسوب می&shy; شود. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی میزان دستیابی سامانه پرونده الکترونیک سلامت (سپاس) در ایران به اهداف پیش &shy;بینی شده وزارت بهداشت و بررسی محیط کاری کنونی این پرونده از دیدگاه کاربران نهایی است.</span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">روش &shy;ها:</span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">مطالعه حاضر از نوع مقطعی بود که در سال 1400 انجام شد. شرکت</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">‌</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">کنندگان شامل 70 نفر از کاربران سپاس در 28 بیمارستان استان آذربایجان غربی بودند. داده</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">‌</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">ها با پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته گردآوری و با کمک آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی بررسی شد.</span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">یافته &shy;ها:</span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">براساس یافته</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">‌</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">های پژوهش، از نظر کاربران اهداف پیش</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">‌</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">بینی شده وزارت بهداشت در حیطه رضایت مندی (4/1 </span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">&plusmn;</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"> 3/3) بیشتر از سایر حیطه</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">‌</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">ها حاصل شده است. همچنین، این سامانه در دستیابی به اهداف از پیش تعیین شده در حیطه مدیریت اطلاعات (2/1 </span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">&plusmn;</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"> 6/2) به اندازه سایر موارد موفق نبوده است.&nbsp; از سوی دیگر، از نظر شرایط فعلی محیط کاری سپاس، حیطه اقتصادی (3/1 &plusmn; 6/3) بالاترین امتیاز را از کاربران سپاس دریافت کرده است.</span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">نتیجه‌گیری</span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">: سپاس از لحاظ دستیابی به اهداف پیش</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">‌</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">بینی شده در حیطه</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">‌</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">های مورد بررسی در سطح متوسط قرار دارد. برنامه</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">‌</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">ریزی و سیاست‌گذاری برای ارتقاء سپاس بر اساس شرایط فعلی محیط کاری باید در اولویت توسعه</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">‌</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">دهندگان این سامانه و وزارت بهداشت قرار گیرد.</span></span></span> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><b><span lang="EN-GB">Introduction</span></b><span lang="EN-GB">:</span> <span lang="EN-GB">Electronic health record is one of the fundamental technologies in the health system of any country. This technology provides data that is the basis for providing health services at the patient level, and at the organizational and extra-organizational levels, it is considered the basis for macro-decisions, policy-making, and management of health services. The present study aimed to investigate the extent to which the Iranian electronic health record (SEPAS) has achieved the expected goals of health care and to examine the current working environment of this system from the end user&rsquo;s perspective</span>.<span style="font-size:10.0pt" lang="EN-GB"></span><br> <b><span lang="EN-GB">Methods</span></b><span lang="EN-GB">:</span> <span lang="EN-GB">The current study was a cross-sectional study that was conducted in 1400. The participants included 70 SEPAS users in 28 hospitals in West Azerbaijan province. The data was collected using a self-structured questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed with the help of descriptive and analytical statistics</span>.<span style="font-size:10.0pt" lang="EN-GB"></span><br> <b><span lang="EN-GB">Results</span></b><span lang="EN-GB">:</span> <span lang="EN-GB">according to the users, the expected goals of the Ministry of Health have been achieved in the area of satisfaction (3.3 &plusmn; 1.4) more than in other areas. Also, this system has not been as successful as other cases in achieving the predetermined goals in the field of information management (2.6 &plusmn; 1.2).
