fa چالش‌های اقتصادی و عملکردی بیمارستان‌های تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران در پی همه‌گیری کووید-19 اقتصاد سلامت Health Economics پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">مقدمه:</span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">با توجه به نقش بیمارستان</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">‌</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">ها در افزایش سطح سلامت جامعه ارزیابی، سنجش و بهبود عملکرد آنها اهمیت ویژه</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">‌</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">ای دارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر همه</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">‌</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">گیری کووید-19 بر وضعیت اقتصادی و عملکرد بیمارستان‌های تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران است.</span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">روش &shy;ها:</span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">مطالعه حاضر، کاربردی است که به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی در سه بیمارستان غیرتخصصی و با اطلاعات دو مقطع زمانی 1398 و 1400 انجام گردید. اطلاعات مربوط به شش شاخص عملکردی و شش شاخص مالی با مراجعه به واحدهای مدارک پزشکی و مالی بیمارستان</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">‌</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">ها جمع</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">‌</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">آوری و از آزمون ناپارامتری ویلکاکسون و نرم‌افزار اس.پی.اس.اس برای تحلیل داده استفاده شد.</span></span></span> <div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">یافته &shy;ها:</span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">نتایج نشان داد که بعد از همه</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">‌</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">گیری کووید-19، میانگین شاخص</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">‌</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">های درصد اشغال تخت 12 درصد کاهش و میانگین مدت اقامت و چرخش تخت به ترتیب 12 و 10 درصد افزایش داشته است؛ این تغییرات از نظر آماری معنادار بود</span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">(0/05></span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">p-value). همچنین، شاخص</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">&not;</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">های مالی درآمدهای اختصاصی آزمایشگاه و تصویربرداری و هزینه بیمارستان</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">‌</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">ها به ترتیب با 26، 17 و 27 درصد، افزایش معناداری داشتند(0/05>p-value</span>).</span></span></div> <div></div> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">نتیجه‌گیری</span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">:</span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">با توجه به تأثیر معنادار همه</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">‌</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">گیری کووید-19 بر عملکرد مالی و اقتصادی بیمارستان</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">‌</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">ها و امکان همه</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">‌</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">گیری مجدد سایر بیماری</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">‌</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">های واگیر، به نظر می</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">‌</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">رسد حمایت ویژه از بیمارستان</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">‌</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">ها در این خصوص ضروری است.</span></span></span> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><b><span lang="EN-GB">Introduction</span></b><span lang="EN-GB">:</span> Considering the role of hospitals in increasing the health level of society, it is very important to evaluate, measure and improve their performance. The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on the economic status and performance of hospitals affiliated to Iran University of Medical Sciences.<span style="font-size:10.0pt" lang="EN-GB"></span><br> <b><span lang="EN-GB">Methods</span></b><span lang="EN-GB">:</span> The present applied study is a descriptive-analytical study that was conducted on three non-specialized hospitals using data from two periods of time, 2019 and 2020. Raw data related to six financial indicators and six performance indicators were collected by referring to the financial and medical records units of the hospitals. The non-parametric Wilcoxon test and the paired-samples t-test were used in SPSS software for data analysis.<span style="font-size:10.0pt" lang="EN-GB"></span><br> <b><span lang="EN-GB">Results</span></b><span lang="EN-GB">:</span> <span lang="EN-GB">The results showed that after the covid-19 epidemic, the average indicators of bed occupancy rate decreased by 12% and the average length of stay and bed turnover increased by 12% and 10%, respectively; these changes were statistically significant (p-value<0.05).
