en دیدگاه کاربران در مورد تأثیر فناوری اطلاعات بر بهبود مراقبت‌های سلامت: مطالعه موردی مدیریت اطلاعات سلامت Health Information Management پژوهشي Research <p dir="rtl" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><strong><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">مقدمه:</span></span></strong> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">بیمارستان‌ها در حال حاضر با چالش نحوه استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات سلامت برای ارتقای خدمات و افزایش سریع اطلاعات پزشکی مواجه هستند. بنابراین، مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی نگرش کارکنان بیمارستان آموزشی بغداد به‌منظور سنجش آمادگی آن‌ها برای پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات سلامت انجام شد.</span></span></span></span></p> <p dir="rtl" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><strong><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">روش &shy;ها:</span></span></strong> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">این مطالعه از نوع کاربردی بود که با روش توصیفی به‌صورت مقطعی در نیمه دوم سال 1400 با استفاده از&nbsp; از پرسشنامه محقق‌ ساخته در مورد تأثیر فناوری اطلاعات بر فعالیت‌های درمانی، آموزشی، پژوهشی و اداری انجام شد. دیدگاه‌های 461 نفر از کارکنان بیمارستان آموزشی بغداد در رابطه با اثرات فناوری اطلاعات در سیستم مراقبت‌های سلامت بررسی شد. برای سنجش روایی پرسشنامه از نظرات کارشناسان مختلف پزشکی استفاده شد. پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از رویکرد دو نیمه بررسی شد که دارای ضریب همبستگی 98 درصد بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی با نرم‌افزار </span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt">SPSS 23.0</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar=""> تحلیل شد.</span></span></span></span></p> <p dir="rtl" style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><strong><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">یافته &shy;ها:</span></span></strong> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان داد که با میانگین نمره 89/3، ارزیابی کارکنان از نحوه تسریع فناوری اطلاعات در تشخیص و درمان به‌طورکلی مثبت بوده است. علاوه بر این، از دید جامعه پژوهش میانگین اثر فناوری اطلاعات بر افزایش بهره‌وری (77/3) و تحقیقات پزشکی (39/3) رضایت‌بخش تلقی شد.</span></span></span></span></p> <p dir="rtl"><strong><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></strong><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">:</span></span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span b="" style="font-family:" zar="">نگرش مثبت کارکنان بیمارستان آموزشی بغداد نسبت به تأثیر فناوری اطلاعات سلامت نشان‌دهنده وجود بستر فرهنگی مناسب برای توسعه فناوری اطلاعات در این بیمارستان بود. ازاین‌رو، شناسایی گسترده اثرات و معایب بالقوه فناوری اطلاعات در بخش خدمات سلامت امری مهم است و نیاز به برنامه‌ریزی کلان و استراتژیک در جامعه دارد.</span></span></p> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b>Introduction:</b> Hospitals now face the critical challenge of figuring out how to use healthcare information technology (IT) to raise the caliber of healthcare services as a result of the recent, rapid increase of medical information. Therefore, the current study was carried out with the intention of evaluating the attitude of the staff of the Baghdad teaching hospital, who are the most significant users of IT systems in the field of healthcare, in order to assess their readiness to embrace such systems.</span></span><br> <span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b>Methods:</b> Using a researcher-made questionnaire that included inquiries about the impact of IT on therapeutic, educational, research, and administrative activities, this descriptive-cross-sectional study was carried out in the first half of 2022 and examined the perspectives of 461 employees (using stratified sampling) of the Baghdad teaching hospital regarding the effects of IT in the healthcare system. The questionnaire&#39;s reliability was assessed using the split-half approach, and the correlation coefficient was 96%. The comments of various medical experts were also used to assess the validity of the questionnaire. The data was then examined using descriptive and analytical statistics with the aid of the SPSS 23.0.</span></span><br> <span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b>Results:</b> In regards to the impact of IT on enhancing health, the research community as a whole&mdash;of which 39.7 percent of women and 60.3 percent of men in both clinical and administrative groups&mdash;had a positive attitude, scoring an average of 411.6.</span></span><br> <span style="line-height:150%"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b>Conclusion:</b> The optimistic outlook of the research community demonstrates that the investigated hospital is appropriate for the introduction and advancement of IT.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</span> فناوری اطلاعات, سیستم‌های اطلاعات بیمارستانی, مراقبت‌های سلامت Information Technology, Hospital Information Systems, Delivery of Health Care 73 86 http://jha.iums.ac.ir/browse.php?a_code=A-10-4929-1&slc_lang=en&sid=1 Alaa A.M.
