fa تأثیر همه‌گیری کووید-19 بر درآمد اختصاصی یکی از بیمارستان‌های شهر تهران اقتصاد سلامت Health Economics پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">مقدمه:</span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">شیوع بیماری کووید-19، پذیرش‌های غیرضروری بیمارستان‌ها را لغو کرد. ازاین‌رو، بیمارستان‌ها با پیامدهای اقتصادی روبرو شدند. در این زمینه، این پژوهش به بررسی تأثیر همه‌گیری ویروس کووید-19 بر درآمد اختصاصی یکی از بیمارستان‌های شهر تهران پرداخته است.</span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">روش&shy; ها:</span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">این مطالعه، از انواع مطالعات سری زمانی است. در این مطالعه‌ی سری زمانی درآمد ماهانه‌ی کلیه خدمات ارائه‌شده در یکی از بیمارستان‌های شهر تهران به‌صورت سرشماری در دو گروه قبل (از اسفند 1397 تا بهمن 1398) و حین شیوع کووید-19&nbsp; (از اسفند 1398 تا اسفند 1399)، جمع‌آوری و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار ای-ویوز انجام شد. برای تشخیص وجود یا عدم وجود شکست ساختاری در سری‌های زمانی مورد مطالعه از آزمون چاو استفاده شد.</span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">یافته ها:</span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان داد شیوع کووید-19، درآمد همه‌ی خدمات بیمارستان را کاهش داد. معناداری ضریب رگرسیون و ضریب منفی متغیر دوره کووید-19 ، به وجود رابطه ای منفی بین درآمد کل بیمارستان با شیوع دوره کووید-19&nbsp; دلالت دارد. درآمد دستگاه آزمایشگاه و دستگاه داخلی بعد از شیوع کووید-19&nbsp; نسبت به سال قبل به میزان 50 درصد کاهش یافت و در ادامه، این فاصله به 20 درصد تقلیل یافت.</span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">نتیجه‌گیری</span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">:</span> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد در همه‌گیری کووید-19&nbsp; با تغییر اولویت‌های پذیرش و کاهش مراجعات به دلیل ترس از ابتلا، بیمارستان با شوک‌های مالی روبرو شد. از این رو، پیشنهاد می‌شود مدیران بیمارستان جهت آموزش نیروها، ارتقاء بهره‌وری خدمات، کاهش هزینه‌ها و استفاده‌ی بهینه از منابع بالقوه‌ی مالی و نیروهای انسانی در دوران آرامش اقدام نمایند.</span></span></span> <span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><b><span lang="EN-GB">Introduction</span></b><span lang="EN-GB">:</span> The outbreak of Covid-19 canceled unnecessary hospital admissions. Therefore, hospitals face economic consequences. In this context, this research has investigated the effect of the Corona virus pandemic on the revenue of a hospital in Tehran.<span style="font-size:10.0pt" lang="EN-GB"></span><br> <b><span lang="EN-GB">Methods</span></b><span lang="EN-GB">:</span> This study is retrospective interrupted time series studies.In this time series study, the monthly revenue of all services provided by a hospital in Tehran was collected and analyzed in the form of a census in two groups before and during the Covid-19 outbreak. Data analysis was done using Eviews. Chow test was used to detect structural breaks in the studied time series.<span style="font-size:10.0pt" lang="EN-GB"></span><br> <b><span lang="EN-GB">Results</span></b><span lang="EN-GB">:</span> <span lang="EN-GB">The findings of this study showed that the outbreak of Covid-19 reduced the revenue of all hospital services. According to the negative coefficient of the variable of the Covid-19 period and the regression coefficient, it indicates the existence of a negative relationship between the total revenue of the hospital and the prevalence of Covid-19.
