fa شناسایی فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های تأسیس یک مرکز اطلاع‌درمانی Identifying the Opportunities and Challenges of Establishing an Information Therapy Center کتابداری و اطلاع رسانی پزشکی Medical Librarianship and Information Science پژوهشي Research مقدمه: اطلاع درمانی راهکاری ساده برای تسهیل دسترسی بیماران به اطلاعات سلامت است که می‌تواند به خود مراقبتی افراد یاری رساند. با توجه به اهمیتی که درمان و اطلاعات سلامت و درگیری افرادی با تخصص‌های متنوع در فرآیند اطلاع درمانی وجود دارد. لذا، هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی فرصت‌ها و چالش‌های تأسیس یک مرکز اطلاع درمانی بود. روش ها: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی است که به روش کیفی-توصیفی انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش، شامل بیماران و آن دسته از کتابداران و اطلاع‌رسانان پزشکی، پزشکان و مراقبان سلامت و روانشناسان بودند که تجربه کار اطلاع درمانی و تجویز اطلاعات سلامت را داشتند. نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت غیر تصادفی هدفمند و گلوله برفی انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات راهنمای مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار MAXQDA20 تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها در ذیل مضمون «فرصت‌ها» منجر به شناسایی یک طبقه اصلی با عنوان «مزایای اطلاع درمانی» شامل چهار طبقه فرعی بیمار و خانواده، کادر درمان، نظام سلامت و کتابداران پزشکی بود. همچنین ذیل مضمون «چالش‌ها» نیز چهار طبقه اصلی موانع اطلاع‌درمانی، مشکلات مالی، پیاده‌سازی و اجرا شناسایی شد. نتیجه‌گیری: باوجود مزایای متعدد تأسیس یک مرکز اطلاع‌درمانی برای بیماران و خانواده آن‌ها، کادر درمان، روانشناسان و کتابداران پزشکی، موانعی نیز از طرف همین گروه‌ها و نظام سلامت وجود دارد که نیازمند بررسی و دقت بیشتر و یافتن راهکارهایی برای رفع این چالش‌ها و ایجاد بسترهای مناسب در جامعه و نظام سلامت برای پذیرش آن است. برای تأسیس چنین مرکزی لازم است با یک برنامه‌ریزی دقیق، ملاحظات همکاری بین گروهی و بین سازمانی هم در نظر گرفته شود. Introduction: Information therapy is a simple solution to facilitate patients' access to health information, which can contribute to patient self-care. Considering the importance  of treatment and health information, and  engagement of people with different specialties in the process of information therapy, this research was conducted    to identify the opportunities and challenges of establishing an information therapy center. Methods: The present study was an applied-qualitative research. The study  population included patients,  medical librarians, physicians, health care providers, and psychologists with experience in information therapy and health information prescription. A purposive sampling  along with  snowball sampling were perfomed. The data were collected via  a semi-structured interview.  The data were then analyzed by using MAQDA20 software. Results: By analysing the interviews, we were able to identify  a main class entitled "Benefits of Information Therapy" including 4 subclasses of “patients and families”, “medical staff”, “health system”, and “medical librarians” under the main themes of "Opportunities". Under the and"Challenges", four subclasses of “barriers to information therapy”, “financial issues”, “implementation”, and “execution” were also identified. Conclusion: Despite the benefits of establishing an information therapy center for patients and their families, treatment staff, psychologists and medical librarians, there are some obstacles posed by these groups and the healthcare system, which require further consideration. Careful investigation and finding solutions to  remove the obstacles as well as  creating  an approprite platform to  adopt the center in the society and health sector.
