fa طراحی مدل مفهومی عوامل کلیدی موفقیت در بهبود تاب‌آوری زنجیره تأمین گردشگری سلامت: مطالعه موردی A conceptual model of critical success factors in improving the resilience of the health tourism supply chain: A case study مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی‌ و درمانی Health Services Management پژوهشي Research مقدمه: امروزه در محیط‌های پویا، اختلالات و خطرات بسیاری در زنجیرههای تأمین ایجاد میشود که بر عملکرد و بهره وری سازمان تأثیر منفی میگذارد. در نتیجه شناسایی عوامل کلیدی موفقیت برای مدیریت و رفع آن ضروری است. این موضوع در زنجیره تأمین گردشگری سلامت نیز صادق است. لذا، هدف اصلی این پژوهش طراحی مدل مفهومی از عوامل کلیدی موفقیت در زنجیره تأمین گردشگری سلامت به منظور بهبود تابآوری است. روش ها: این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی بود که با روش ترکیبی (کیفی و کمی) در سال 1399 انجام شد. در مرحله اول عوامل کلیدی موفقیت از طریق مصاحبه با خبرگان زنجیره تأمین گردشگری سلامت بیمارستان آیتالله یثربی شناسایی و دسته-بندی گردید. درمرحله دوم هم اندیشی خبرگان تشکیل شد و مدل عوامل کلیدی موفقیت از طریق مدلسازی ساختاری- تفسیری  طراحی شد. یافته ها: از نتایج مصاحبه با خبرگان 70 عامل کلیدی موفقیت بدست آمد که در قالب 12 دسته کلی طبقهبندی گردید. در نهایت از طریق اعضای هم اندیشی خبرگان، مدل عوامل کلیدی موفقیت مشخص گردید که عامل مدیریت محیطی دارای بیشترین اثر گذاری و عوامل انعطافپذیری در زنجیره تأمین، مدیریت تأمین‌کنندگان، هماهنگی و همکاری در زنجیره تأمین و مدیریت موجودی دارای بیشترین اثرپذیری بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: بررسی عوامل کلیدی موفقیت زنجیره تأمین گردشگری سلامت برای کشورهایی که علاقه‌مند به بهبود تاب‌آوری این صنعت بوده بسیار حائز اهمیت است. انتظار می‌رود نتایج این پژوهش بتواند به مدیران، سیاستگذاران و برنامهریزان حوزه گردشگری سلامت  در شناسایی و تحلیل عوامل کلیدی موفقیت در سطح زنجیره تامین کمک نماید. Introduction: Today, in dynamic environments, there are many disruptions in supply chains that negatively affect the performance and productivity of organizations; therefore, identifying the critical success factors for managing disruptions is essential. This is also true in the health tourism supply chain.The primary purpose of this study was to determine the critical success factors and design its model in the health tourism supply chain to improve resilience. Methods: In the first phase, the critical success factors were identified and categorized through interviews with experts in the health tourism supply chain of Ayatollah Yathribi Hospital in Kashan. In the second phase, a panel of experts was formed, and the model of critical success factors was designed through an ISM. Results: After the interviews with experts, 70 critical success factors were obtained, which were classified into 12 general categories. Finally, through the panel of experts, the model of critical success factors was identified where the environmental management factor had the most impact. Factors of flexibility in the supply chain, supplier management, coordination and cooperation in supply chain, and inventory management were the dependent variables. Conclusion: Examining the critical success factors of the health tourism supply chain is very important for countries that are interested in improving resilience of this industry.
