fa چالش‌های مدیریت مراکز بهداشتی درمانی در دوران پاندمی کووید-19 مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی‌ و درمانی Health Services Management پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">آمادگی مراکز بهداشتی درمانی به‌ویژه بیمارستان‌ها در مقابل چالش‌های مدیریتی پیشرو، تأثیر بسزایی در کاهش مرگ‌ومیر و آسیب‌های جسمی و روانی ناشی از شیوع بیماری‌های واگیر از جمله پاندمی کووید-19 دارد. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی چالش‌های مدیریت مراکز بهداشتی درمانی و اولویت‌بندی آن‌ها در دوران پاندمی کووید-19 انجام‌گرفته است.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش&shy; ها: </span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><font face="B Zar">در این پژوهش ابتدا با مرور پیشینه و متن‌کاوی متون و مصاحبه با متخصصین، چالش‌</font><font face="Calibri, sans-serif">&nbsp;</font></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">های اصلی مدیریت مراکز بهداشتی درمانی شناسایی شدن. سپس، برای تعیین چالش&shy; های اصلی از پرسشنامه طیف لیکرت، برای تعیین میزان اهمیت هریک، از روش بهترین-بدترین و جهت تعیین میزان تأثیرگذاری هر چالش بر سایر چالش&shy;ها از رویکرد نقشه شناختی فازی استفاده شد.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته &shy;ها:</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> 20 چالش شناسایی‌شده، در سه طبقه چالش‌های منابع انسانی، سازمانی و برون‌سازمانی طبقه</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">&not;</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">بندی شدند و نُه چالش اصلی از میان آن&shy;ها مشخص گردید. بر اساس نتایج، فضای فیزیکی نامناسب، قوانین و دستورالعمل&shy; های محدودکننده و کمبود نیروی انسانی به ترتیب مهم‌ترین چالش‌ بودند و فضای فیزیکی نامناسب تأثیرگذارترین چالش در بین چالش‌های موجود شناخته شد.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: با توجه به اهمیت مدیریت مراکز بهداشتی درمانی و نیاز به اقدامات فوری در این دوران، جذب بیشتر کارکنان تخصصی، توانمندسازی نیروهای پزشکی و تصحیح قوانینی که بیشتر به‌عنوان موانع عمل می‌کنند، می‌توانند در کوتاه‌مدت راهکارهای مفیدی برای بهبود مدیریت این مراکز باشند.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: The readiness of health centers, especially hospitals for management challenges ahead, has a significant impact on reducing mortality in addition to physical and psychological damage due to the prevalence of viral or infectious diseases with high pandemic potential, including the COVID-19. Given the importance of this issue, this study aimed to identify the challenges of managing health centers and prioritizing them during the COVID-19 pandemic.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: In this research, first, by reviewing the literature, text mining and, using the opinions of experts, we identified the main challenges of managing health centers. Then, the Likert-scale questionnaire was used to determine the main challenges. The Best Worst Method was used to determine the importance of each challenge, and the Fuzzy Cognitive Map Approach was used to determine the impact of each challenge on other challenges.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The 20 identified challenges were classified into three categories: human resource challenges, organizational challenges, and external challenges. Nine main challenges were identified among them.
