fa تأثیر آموزش نیروی انسانی بخش بهداشت و درمان بر رشد اقتصادی ایران اقتصاد سلامت Health Economics پژوهشي Research <div dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"></div> <div><strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">دستیابی به رشد اقتصادی پایدار مستلزم سرمایه‌گذاری‌ در زیرساخت‌ها برای افزایش ظرفیت‌های تولیدی است. چنین سرمایه‌گذاری‌هایی نه‌تنها شامل سرمایه‌گذاری‌های فیزیکی می‌شود، بلکه سرمایه‌گذاری‌های انسانی، آموزش و سلامت را نیز پوشش می‌دهد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر تحلیل اثر آموزش نیروی انسانی بخش بهداشت و درمان بر رشد اقتصادی ایران بود.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش&shy; ها: </span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی بود که به روش توصیفی- تحلیلی با استفاده از الگوی خود توضیح با وقفه‌های توزیعی و داده‌های سالیانه دوره زﻣﺎﻧﻲ 1370 تا 1398 انجام شد. این پژوهش به تحلیل اثر آموزش نیروی انسانی بخش بهداشت و درمان و نیز اثر آموزش عمومی، آموزش عالی در وزارت علوم، سرمایه‌گذاری فیزیکی، درجه باز بودن اقتصاد و صادرات بر رشد اقتصادی ایران پرداخته است. داده‌ها به روش اسنادی از بانک اطلاعات مرکز آمار ایران استخراج و برآوردها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار ایویوز 10 انجام شد.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته &shy;ها:</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> یافته‌ها حاکی از تأثیر مثبت متغیرهای مستقل بر رشد اقتصادی ایران بوده است که در آن ضریب آموزش عمومی برابر با 0125/0، آموزش نیروی انسانی بخش بهداشت و درمان برابر با 621/0، آموزش نیروی انسانی در وزارت علوم برابر با 8752/0، سرمایه‌گذاری فیزیکی برابر با 449/0، درجه باز بودن اقتصاد برابر با 218/0 و صادرات برابر با 2429/0 بدست آمد.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند در اتخاذ سیاست‌های مناسب به برنامه‌ریزان و سیاست‌گذاران در زمینه سرمایه‌گذاری نیروی انسانی و آموزش افراد در سطوح عمومی و عالی به‌ویژه در حوزه بهداشت و درمان کمک نماید تا منجر به افزایش رشد اقتصادی شود.</span></span></span></div> <h4><strong>Introduction</strong>: Achieving sustainable economic growth requires investment in infrastructure to increase production capacity. Such investments include not only physical investments, but also human investments, education, and health. In this study, we aim to analyze the effect of labor force education in the health sector on Iran&#39;s economic growth.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This is an experimentally analytical-descriptive study conducted using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag Model (ARDL) and annual data for Iran from 1991to 2019. In addition to analyzing the effect of labor force education in the health sector on economic growth, the effect of public education, higher education in the Ministry of Science, physical investment, openness, and export were also examined. Data were extracted by documentary method from the database of the Statistics Center of Iran, and estimates were made using Eviews 10 software.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: Findings of this study indicated the positive effect of independent variables on Iran&#39;s economic growth, in which the coefficients of public education, labor force education in the health sector, labor force education in the Ministry of Science, physical investment, openness, and exports were equal to 0.0125, 0.621, 0.8752, 0.449, 0.218, and 0.2429, respectively.<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: Results of the model estimation indicated the positive impact of public education, labor force education in the health sector, and labor force education in the Ministry of Science.
