fa تعیین هزینه خدمات ام آر آی با استفاده از روش تقلیلی مرحله ای: مطالعه موردی اقتصاد سلامت Health Economics پژوهشي Research <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">واحد ام آر آی به دلیل حجم بالای مراجعات و استفاده از تجهیزات و دستگاه‌های تشخیصی پیشرفته از جمله بخش‌های پرهزینه بیمارستان می‌باشد. هدف این پژوهش، محاسبه هزینه تمام‌شده خدمات این واحد در بیمارستان امام رضا (ع) و مقایسه با تعرفه‌ها برای قیمت‌گذاری صحیح آن‌ها بود.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش &shy;ها: </span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">در این مطالعه توصیفی و کاربردی، قیمت تمام‌شده خدمات منتخب ام آر آی، با استفاده از روش هزینه‌یابی تقلیلی-مرحله‌ای برای بخش رادیولوژی بیمارستان امام رضا (ع) شهرستان ارومیه در سال 1397 محاسبه شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، فرم‌های استاندارد مربوط به فهرست هزینه‌های خدمات ام آر آی و مراکز فعالیت مرتبط بود. همچنین، برای برآورد سهم هزینه‌های سایر بخش‌ها در خدمات ام آر آی بخش رادیولوژی، مبناهای تسهیم مناسب تعیین و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار </span></span></span><span style="font-size:9.0pt;">Excel</span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">، هزینه‌ها محاسبه گردید.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته&shy; ها:</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> طبق یافته های پژوهش، هزینه تمام‌شده خدمات منتخب این واحد از جمله ‌ام آر آی مغز بدون تزریق 1449224 ریال، مغز با تزریق 1793634 ریال، مغز با و بدون تزریق توأم 3121783 ریال، ستون فقرات کمر بدون تزریق 1994881 ریال، ستون فقرات کمر با و بدون تزریق 3449832 ریال محاسبه شد.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: براساس نتایج مطالعه، بین قیمت واقعی خدمات واحد ام آر آی و تعرفه‌ها تفاوت وجود دارد و هزینه‌های پرسنلی بالاترین سهم از هزینه‌های واحد ام آر آی را به خود اختصاص داده است. لذا، محاسبه دقیق هزینه تمام‌شده خدمات می‌تواند با شناسایی و اصلاح، ادغام و یا حذف کانون‌های پرهزینه، به کاهش هزینه‌ها و افزایش کارایی واحد موردمطالعه کمک نماید.</span></span></span> <div><div></div></div> <strong>Introduction</strong>: The MRI is one of the most expensive departments in hospitals due to high number of referrals and use of advanced equipment and diagnostic devices. The purpose of this study was to calculate the cost of services of this unit at Imam Reza Hospital and compare it with the tariffs for their&nbsp; correct pricing.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: In this descriptive and applied study, the cost price of selected MRI services was calculated using the step-down costing method for the radiology department of Imam Reza Hospital in Urmia in 2018. Data collection tools were standard forms related to the cost list of MRI services and related activity centers. Also, to estimate the share of costs of other departments in MRI services of the radiology department, appropriate sharing bases were determined and, then, using these bases and Excel software, the costs were calculated.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: According to the research findings, the cost of selected services of this unit including MRI of the brain without injection was&nbsp; calculated to be 1449224 Rials, brain with injection was 1793634 Rials, brain simultaneous with and without injection was 3121783 Rials, lumbar spine without injection was 1994881 Rials, and lumbar spine with and without injection was 3449832 Rials.<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: Based on the results, there was a difference between the actual price of MRI services and tariffs, and personnel costs had the highest share of MRI costs.
