fa تاثیر عوامل فرهنگی-رفتاری بر تعامل اعضای هیات علمی با اطَلاعات علمی در اینترنت: یک مطالعه ی موردی پژوهشي Research <p><strong>مقدَمه:</strong> پژوهش‌های بسیاری بر لزوم برخورداری از تجهیزات و زیرساخت‌های لازم برای تعامل با منابع اطَلاعات علمی در اینترنت توجه کرده‌اند، اما میزان اهمیَت عوامل فرهنگی-رفتاری در طول این فرایند راازیادبرده اند. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و بررسی شرایط موجود و اثر عوامل فرهنگی-رفتاری بر تعامل با اطَلاعات علمی در اعضای هیات علمی دانشکده مدیریَت و اطلاع رسانی دانشگاه ایران بود. </p><p><strong>روش بررسی:</strong> این پژوهش یک پژوهش‌ بنیادی کیفی- توصیفی ست. ابزار این مطالعه انجام مصاحبه و پرسشنامه ی مستخرج از مصاحبه‌ها ست. جامعۀ پژوهش اعضای هیات علمی دانشکده مدیریَت و اطلاع‌رسانی پزشکی می باشند. یافته ها: این پژوهش نشان داد که اعضای هیات علمی در دانشکده مدیریَت و اطلاع رسانی در تعامل با منابع اطَلاعاتی وب-پایه با مشکل مواجه اند. ریشۀ این مشکلات بیش از آنکه مربوط به نبودِ زیر ساخت‌ها باشد بیشتر عوامل فرهنگی-رفتاری ست. این پژوهش توانست عوامل فرهنگی-رفتاری باتاثیر منفی و مثبت در جامعۀ مورد نظر را شناسایی و بررسی کند. از 24 عامل فرهنگی شناسایی شده، 21 عامل نقش منفی و تنها 3 عامل نقش مثبت داشتند.</p><p> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> اغلب تصور می‌شود که به محض برطرف شدن نیاز به زیرساخت‌های لازم برای تعامل با اطَلاعات علمی در اینترنت، برای تعامل یا مصرف و تولید اطَلاعات مشکل دیگری وجود ندارد.ولی اگرچه منابع زیرساختی و اقتصادی در روند انجام پژوهش از اهمیَت خاصی برخوردار اند ، عوامل فرهنگی-رفتاری نه تنها اهمیَت کمتری ندارند بلکه می‌توانند عامل تعیین کننده در استفاده و بهره‌گیری از زیرساخت‌ها باشد.</p> <p><strong>Introduction:</strong> Previous studies have paid more attention to the technical aspects of the interaction of users with the web-based scientific information, but somehow ignored the cultural-behavioral elements. This study aimed to identify the effects of cultural-behavioral elements on the interaction of faculty members of Management and Medical Information Science School with web-based scientific information. <strong>Methods:</strong> This is had an applied qualitative-descriptive study the data collection tool were a non-structured interviews, and an interview-based questionnaire. The population consisted of all faculty members of the Management and Medical Information Science School in Iran University of Medical Sciences.<strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Results:</strong> The research revealed the participants in the study are faced with some difficulties in their interaction with the Web-based information resources. In spite of the early assumptions, the results showed the main reasons of these difficulties come back to the cultural-behavioral elements rather than the technical aspects of this interaction. Among 24 identified cultural-behavioral elements, 21 elements were reported with negative effect and only 3 elements were perceived positive by the participants while their interaction with the web-based resources.
