fa مدیریت منابع و مصارف در حوزه ملزومات پزشکی با استفاده از الگوریتم خوشه‌بندی کی میانگین: مطالعه موردی اقتصاد سلامت Health Economics پژوهشي Research <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">همواره یکی از دغدغه‌های اصلی مدیران نظام سلامت، کنترل و کاهش هزینه‌های بهداشت و درمان بوده است. استفاده بهینه از منابع مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی جهت حفظ و ارتقای خدمات، مستلزم تحلیل هزینه‌ها و به‌کارگیری نتایج به‌دست‌آمده در فرآیند تأمین و مصرف اقلام موردنیاز است. هدف این مطالعه استخراج الگویی مناسب جهت مدیریت هزینه‌های ملزومات پزشکی در مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی است.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش ها: </span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و به روش توصیفی است که به‌صورت مقطعی انجام شد. هزینه خرید سالیانه ملزومات پزشکی مراکز درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی همدان از سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی استخراج و پس از پردازش، نتایج با بهره‌گیری از تجربیات محققین و ضوابط تجهیزات پزشکی کشور تحلیل گردید. برای خوشه‌بندی داده‌ها از الگوریتم </span></span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">K-means</span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> در محیط نرم‌افزاری </span></span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">Rapidminer 9.6</span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> استفاده شد.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته &shy;ها:</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> هزینه‌های خرید سالیانه ملزومات پزشکی بر مبنای قیمت خرید واحد و کل به روش </span></span></span><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">K-means</span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> به نُه دسته خوشه‌بندی شد و سپس بر اساس تحلیل هریک از طبقات، راهکارهایی جهت مدیریت هزینه از جمله کاهش قیمت از طریق خرید متمرکز، عقد قرارداد با تأمین‌کنندگان مجاز، نظارت و کنترل دقیق مصرف و عقد تفاهم‌نامه با سایر مراکز درمانی جهت تبادل کالای مازاد یا موردنیاز ارائه گردید.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">: تحلیل هزینه کرد حوزه ملزومات پزشکی بر مبنای قیمت، میزان خرید و مصرف در یک بازه زمانی معین با استفاده از الگوریتم خوشه‌بندی، اطلاعات ارزشمندی را جهت مدیریت منابع و مصارف در اختیار مدیران نظام سلامت قرار می‌دهد و منجر به حفظ، تداوم و ارتقاء سطح خدمات مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی می‌گردد.</span></span></span> <strong>Introduction</strong>: One of the main concerns of health system managers has always been to control and reduce health care costs. Optimal use of health center resources to maintain and improve services requires cost analysis and application of the results obtained in the process of supply and consumption of required items. The purpose of this study was to extract a suitable model for managing the costs of medical supplies in health centers.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This is an applied research and the used descriptive research method was cross-sectional. The annual purchase cost of medical supplies of health centers of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences was extracted from the hospital information system and after processing, the results were analyzed using the experiences of researchers and the criteria for medical equipment of the country.
