fa اولویت‌بندی عوامل مؤثر بر مدیریت زنجیره تأمین پایدار دارو در داروخانه‌های بیمارستان‌های آموزشی منتخب مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی‌ و درمانی Health Services Management مروری Review <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مدیریت زنجیره تأمین دارو، به‌عنوان یکی از عوامل اثرگذار اصلی در عملکرد بخش سلامت شناخته می‌شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین اولویت عوامل مؤثر بر مدیریت زنجیره تأمین پایدار دارو در داروخانه‌های بیمارستان‌های آموزشی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران است.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش &shy;ها: </span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">پژوهش حاضر، ازنظر نتایج کاربردی بود که با روش دلفی و دیمتل فازی به‌صورت مقطعی انجام شد. برای شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر مدیریت زنجیره تأمین پایدار دارو در داروخانه‌های مدنظر، از پرسش‌نامه طراحی‌شده بر اساس چارچوب مدل مرجع عملیاتی زنجیره تأمین جهت گردآوری نظرات خبرگان استفاده شد.</span></span></span> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">روش نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند بود. سپس، با استفاده از روش دلفی فازی عوامل اصلی شناسایی شد و پس‌ازآن، با کمک روش دیمتل فازی عوامل اثرگذار و اثرپذیر و رتبه آن‌ها مشخص شد.</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">یافته&shy; ها:</span></span></span></strong> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">23 عامل در پنج بعد (قابلیت اطمینان، پاسخگویی، انعطاف‌پذیری، هزینه‌ها و مدیریت دارایی) شناخته شد که 17 عامل، درون‌زا و 6 عامل برون‌زا بودند. از 17 عامل درون‌زا، 10 عامل اثرگذار و 7 عامل اثرپذیر بودند.</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری</span></span></span></strong>: <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Zar;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">مهم‌ترین عوامل شناسایی‌شده در مطالعه حاضر، از بعد مدیریت دارایی و بیشترین تعداد عوامل از بعد پاسخگویی بود. این نشان از پاسخگویی ضعیف سیستم مدیریت داروخانه‌های مطالعه شده دارد؛ بنابراین، رسیدگی به این دو بعد در مدیریت داروخانه‌ها بیشتر پیشنهاد می‌شود.</span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <div> <div><div id="_com_1" uage="JavaScript"></div></div> </div> <div> <div><div id="_com_1" uage="JavaScript"></div></div> </div> &nbsp;<br> <strong>Introduction</strong>: Drug supply chain management is recognized as one of the main factors influencing the performance of the health sector. The aim of this study was to prioritize factors affecting sustainable drug supply chain management in pharmacies of teaching hospitals affiliated to Iran University of Medical Sciences.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This applied, cross-sectional study was performed by using Delphi and fuzzy Demetel methods. To identify the factors affecting the management of sustainable drug supply chain in the pharmacies in question, a questionnaire was designed based on the supply-chain operation reference model and was distributed among experts to collect their opinions. The sampling method was purposeful. In the next step<s>,</s> fuzzy Delphi method was used to identify the main factors and then, fuzzy Dimatel method was applied to determine and rank the Cause and Effect actors.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: According to the findings, 23 factors were identified in five dimensions(reliability,accountability, flexibility, costs and asset management). The factors consisted of 6 exogenous and 17 endogenous factors, 10 of which were Cause factors and 7 were Effect factors.<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: The most important factors identified in the present study were related to asset management and the highest number of factors were pertinent to accountability, indicating the poor response of the management system of the studied pharmacies.
