fa طراحی برنامه آموزشی پیشنهادی کتابداری بالینی کتابداری و اطلاع رسانی پزشکی Medical Librarianship and Information Science پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> دسترسی به اطلاعات معتبر و روزآمد توسط کادر درمان می‌تواند به معنای تأمین سلامت یک جامعه باشد و این امر نیازمند نیروهای متخصص در زمینه^ء بازیابی اطلاعات است</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">.</span></span> <span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">این نیروها با عنوان کتابداران بالینی در کشورهای پیشرفته در حال ارائه خدمات و به این منظور نیازمند آموزش‌های خاصی هستند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی برنامه آموزشی کتابدار بالینی برای آموزش کتابداران ایرانی به‌منظور ارائه خدمات در محیط‌های بالینی است.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">روش‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> پژوهش حاضر، کاربردی- توصیفی و با رویکرد کیفی است. در مرحله اول با مرور منابع، 188 منبع مرتبط با کتابدار بالینی به دست آمد. بعد از ارزیابی اعتبار، 44 مورد انتخاب و تحلیل شد. مهارت‌های مستخرج از مرور منابع،‌ در مرحله دوم با روش دلفی در دو دور به نظرسنجی از اساتید و دانشجویان دکتری کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی پزشکی در ایران گذاشته شد و از مهارت‌هایی منتخب برای ارائه برنامه پیشنهادی استفاده شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> نتایج مرحله اول نشان داد از بین 62 مهارت استخراجی از منابع، سواد اطلاعاتی، پزشکی مبتنی بر شواهد و تحلیل و ارزیابی انتقادی بیشترین فراوانی را در منابع داشتند. نتایج دو دور دلفی نشان داد که طراحی برنامه آموزشی در قالب دوره‌های آموزشی کوتاه‌مدت باشد و محتوای آن از مهارت‌های دارای بیشترین فراوانی در منابع و بیشترین میانگین ازنظر مشارکت‌کنندگان در دلفی باشد. موارد مذکور باهم هم‌پوشانی داشت.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> از نتایج این مطالعه می‌توان نتیجه‌گیری کرد که نظرات مشارکت‌کنندگان در دلفی درباره مهارت‌های کتابدار بالینی تا حدود زیادی با مهارت‌های ارائه‌شده در منابع همسان است. بنابراین انتظار می رود برنامه طراحی‌شده در پژوهش حاضر بتواند راهنمایی برای استفاده طراحان برنامه‌های آموزشی کتابداری بالینی باشد.</span></span><br> <br> &nbsp; <strong>Introduction:</strong> Accessibility of reliable and up-to-date information to health care providers can lead to effective community health; therefore, experts are needed to retrieve information. These experts, called clinical librarians in developed countries, need special training. Therefore, this study aimed to design a clinical librarian program for training librarians to provide information services in clinical settings<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Methods:</strong> In this descriptive&ndash;applied research, a qualitative approach was adopted. In the first phase, 188 sources related to clinical librarianship were found and validated, and finally 44 sources were selected for analysis. The sources, were reviewed to extract skills which were then reviewed and validated in two Delphi rounds by professors and Ph.D. students of Medical Librarianship in Iran. The selected skills were used to propose an educational program<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Results:</strong> In the first phase, four skills among 62, i.e., information literacy, evidence-based medicine, and critical analysis and assessment obtained the highest frequency<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> Based on the results of two Delphi rounds, the educational program was designed as short-term training courses consisting of skills with the highest frequency in sources, and the highest mean points from the perspectives of participants in Delphi rounds<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Based on the results it can be concluded that the viewpoints of Delphi contributors concerning clinical librarian skills are largely consistent with those presented in the sources.
