style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">ابتدا، رضایتمندی کل کاربران از </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">PACS</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> بررسی شد و سپس رضایتمندی در دوره قبل و بعد از پیاده‌سازی </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">PACS</span></span> <span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">(کاربران شاغل در این بیمارستان در هر دو مقطع) مقایسه شد. </span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">ابزار گردآوری داده‌‌ها، پرسش نامه محقق ساخته بود. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آمارتوصیفی و آزمون ویلکاکسون و به کمک نرم‌افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">SPSS</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> نسخه 24 انجام شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">یافته‌ها : </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">میزان رضایتمندی کلی از خدمات تصویربرداری</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">، 5/55 از 65 نمره بود. <span style="color:black;">میانگین میزان رضایت از خدمات تصویربرداری </span></span>در دوره قبل از </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">PACS</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">، <span style="color:black;">از 65 نمره 7/23 </span></span>بود که در دوره بعد از </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">PACS</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">، 05/32 واحد افزایش داشت. این افزایش از نظر آماری معنادار بود( 0001 > </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">P</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> ). </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">نتیجه گیری : </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">میزان رضایت کاربران ( پزشکان و رادیولوژیست‌ها ) در دوره پیاده‌سازی سیستم </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">PACS</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> نسبت به دوره فیلم افزایش یافت؛ در نتیجه پیاده‌سازی </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">PACS</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> منجر به بهبود رضایت پزشکان و رادیولوژیست‌ها شده است. </span></span><br> <br> &nbsp; <pre> &nbsp; <strong>Introduction:</strong> The picture archiving and communication system is a digital device designed for processing, archiving and communicating medical images with different parts of hospitals, physicians and radiologists. Therefore, the current study aimed to determine the impact of the system on users&rsquo; satisfaction with imaging services before and after its implementation. <strong>Methods:</strong> This cross-sectional, descriptive-analytical study was conducted in two phases, before and after the implementation of the picture archiving and communication system, and on all physicians and radiologists (N= 51) working in Nohome Dey Hospital in Torbat Heidaryeh. At first, the overall satisfaction of the users from the system was evaluated, and then the result was compared with their satisfaction before and after the implementation of the system. A questionnaire was used to collect data which were then analyzed by SPSS using descriptive statistics and Wilcoxon test. <strong>Results:</strong> The overall user satisfaction was 55.5 (maximum score 65).
