fa تحلیل عوامل موثر بر تبادل دانش و نقش آن‌ها در عملکرد زنجیره تامین از طریق یکپارچه‌سازی تامین‌کننده بیمارستان‌های مشهد Analyzing factors affecting knowledge sharing and their roles on supply chain performance through integrating hospitals suppliers in Mashhad مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی‌ و درمانی Health Services Management پژوهشي Research مقدمه: بیمارستان به عنوان یک سازمان ارائه کننده خدمات حساس در حوزه سلامت انسان‌ها تلقی می شود. عملکرد زنجیره تامین بیمارستان می تواند با تبادل دانش و اعتماد بین تامین کننده و بیمارستان به یکپارچه سازی تامین کنندگان و فن آوری اطلاعات برسد و زمینه ساز رقابت در دنیای رقابتی امروز به ویژه در بخش خدمات باشد. هدف این پژوهش تحلیل عوامل موثر بر تبادل دانش و نقش آنها در عملکرد زنجیره تامین از طریق یکپارچه سازی تامین کننده بیمارستان‌های مشهد می باشد. روش کار: مطالعه حاضر به صورت کاربردی بوده که در سال 97-96 انجام گردید. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل مدیران و کارکنان تامین کننده بیمارستان های شهر مشهد بوده اند. تعداد 273 نمونه بر اساس نمونه گیری چند مرحله ای از بیمارستان های خصوصی، خیریه و دولتی شهر مشهد انتخاب شدند. پرسش نامه استاندارد با پنج مولفه اعتماد، یکپارچه سازی تامین کننده، یکپارچه سازی فن آوری اطلاعات، تبادل دانش و عملکرد زنجیره تامین بین نمونه ها توزیع گردید. روایی سازه ای پرسش نامه از طریق آزمون تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ 871/0 تایید شد. داده ها پس از جمع آوری در نرم افزار SPSS، لیزرل وارد شده و با آزمون های رگرسیونی تحلیل شد. یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که تاثیر ضرایب مسیر اعتماد و یکپارچه سازی فن آوری اطلاعات بر تبادل دانش (53/0 و  48/0)، اعتماد و یکپارچه سازی فن آوری اطلاعات بر یکپارچهسازی تامین کننده (33/0 و 35/0)، تبادل دانش، یکپارچه سازی تامین کننده بر عملکرد زنجیره تامین (36/0و 71/0) می باشد و آزمون فرضیه‌ های میانجی تاثیر اعتماد، تبادل دانش و یکپارچه سازی تامین کننده بر عملکرد زنجیره تامین را تایید می‌کند. نتیجه‌گیری: عملکرد زنجیره تامین بیمارستان ها نیازمند اعتماد بین بیمارستان و تامین کنندگان است و این اعتماد صورت گرفته موجب تبادل دانش و یکپارچه سازی بین تامین کنندگان و فن آوری اطلاعات می گردد که در نتیجه کاهش هزینه، افزایش سرعت و کیفیت بهتر را در پی دارد.     Introduction: Hospitals are considered as critical health service providers. Taking the advantage of knowledge sharing and establishing trust between suppliers and hospitals, supply chain performance can achieve IT and supplier integration and pave the way for effective competition in the modern world, especially in health care services. Therefore, the current study aimed to analyze factors affecting knowledge sharing through supplier integration in hospitals in Mashhad. Methods: This applied research was conducted from 2018 to 2019. The population consisted of all hospital managers and employees among whom 273 people were selected through multistage sampling carried out in private, charity and public hospitals. Data were collected using a standard questionnaire addressing five variables: trust, supplier integration, IT integration, knowledge sharing and supply chain performance. The construct validity of the questionnaire was assessed and confirmed through confirmatory factor analysis, and the reliability was calculated as 0.871 using Cronbach's alpha. The data were then analyzed by the SPSS, and Liserl software. Moreover, regression tests were run. Results: According to the findings, the impacts of trust and IT integration on knowledge sharing were 0.33 and 0.48, respectively. The impacts of trust and IT integration on supplier integration were 0.33 and 0.35, and the impacts of knowledge sharing and supplier integration on supply chain performance were 0.36 and 0.71, in that order. The results also confirmed the mediating effects of trust, knowledge sharing, and supplier integration on supply chain performance.
