fa بررسی کیفیت خدمات گفتاردرمانی در درمانگاه دانشکده توانبخشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران با استفاده از مدل سروکوال پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">مقدمه: </span></span></span></strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">بررسی کیفیت خدمات برای بهبود ارائه خدمات امری لازم می &shy;باشد. درمانگاه آموزشی درمانی گفتاردرمانی دانشکده توانبخشی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران یکی از مراکز دولتی ارائه &shy;دهنده خدمات توانبخشی می &shy;باشد. هدف مطالعه حاضر، بررسی کیفیت خدمات گفتاردرمانی بر اساس مدل سروکوال، در این درمانگاه می &shy;باشد.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">روش &shy;ها:</span></span></span></strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی است که در سال</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">۱۳۹۶-۱۳۹۵ </span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">&nbsp;به صورت نمونه گیری در دسترس در</span></span></span> <span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">۵۹ نفر از مراجعان درمانگاه گفتاردرمانی دانشکده مذکور صورت گرفت.&nbsp;</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">کیفیت خدمات با استفاده از پرسش نامه دو بعدی سنجش ادراکات و انتظارات و محاسبه فاصله(شکاف) ادراکات و انتظارات، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تحلیل داده &shy;ها با استفاده از نرم افزار</span></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:bzar;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">SPSS</span></span></span></span><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> انجام شد. برای بررسی معنی&shy;دار بودن شکاف از آزمون تی تک نمونه&shy;ای و برای بررسی رابطه آماری بین متغیرهای دموگرافیک کمی و کیفی با ابعاد پنج&shy;گانه کیفیت به ترتیب از آزمون اسپیرمن و کای&shy;دو استفاده شد.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">یافته &shy;ها: </span></span></span></strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">در بررسی روایی و پایایی پرسش نامه، میزان روایی محتوایی برابر با ۰/۸۵ و نمرات آلفای کرونباخ در بخش ادراکات و انتظارات به ترتیب برابر با ۰/۹۵ و ۸۲/ ۰بدست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که در هر پنج بعد کیفیت، شکاف خدمات وجود دارد. بیشترین شکاف مربوط به بعد همدلی و کمترین شکاف مربوط به بعد پاسخگویی بود. بین سن و میزان دفعات مراجعه به درمانگاه و جنس با میزان شکاف ارتباط معناداری وجود نداشت.</span></span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">نتیجه&shy; گیری: </span></span></span></strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">نتایج نشان داد درمانگاه گفتاردرمانی دانشکده توانبخشی به طور کامل انتظارات مراجعان را برآورده نمی&shy; کند و نیاز به ارتقاء کیفیت خدمات وجود دارد، لذا مسئوولان این درمانگاه برای دستیابی به سطح بالاتر از کیفیت خدمات، باید در صدد کاهش شکاف بین ادراکات و انتظارات مراجعان باشند.</span></span></span> <strong>Introduction:</strong> Service quality is essential for service delivery. The Speech Therapy Clinic at the Rehabilitation Faculty of Iran University of Medical Sciences is one of the governmental centers providing rehabilitation services. This study aimed to study the service quality of speech therapy services using SERVQUAL model<span dir="RTL">. </span><br> <strong>Methods: </strong>In this descriptive-analytic stud, conducted in 2016 &ndash; 2017, a convenience sampling was used to recruit 59 patients referring to the Speech Therapy Clinic. Service quality was measured using a two-dimensional questionnaire to measure the perceptions and expectations of the patients and calculate the existing gaps between their perceptions and expectations. Data were analyzed using SPSS software. One-sample t-test was used to examine the significance of the gap, and Spearman and Chi-square tests were used to examine the relationship between quantitative and qualitative demographic variables with five dimensions of quality, respectively<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Results:</strong> Regarding the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, the CVI was %0.85 and Cronbach&#39;s alpha for the perceptions and expectations were %0.95 and %0.82, in that order. The results indicated a service gap in all five dimensions of quality. The largest and lowest gaps were related to empathy and responsiveness dimensions, respectively.
