fa آگاهی و رضایت دانشجویان مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی در مورد رشته تحصیلی خویش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی ایران پژوهشي Research <p class="a0" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" dir="rtl"><span lang="FA" style="LINE-HEIGHT: 135% FONT-FAMILY: ">برای استقرار یک نظام آموزشی کارآمد برنامه ریزی آموزشی یک عنصر اصلی محسوب می‌شود. برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی نیازمند مجموعه‌ای از اطلاعات است که از منابع مختلف جمع آوری می‌گردد. نظر خواهی از دانشجویان درباره انتظارات، برنامه ها و فعالیتهای آموزشی دانشکده و میزان موفقیت آنها می‌تواند بخشی از این اطلاعات را در اختیار برنامه ریزان قرار دهد. آگاهی از نظرات دانشجویان می‌تواند نه تنها برای برنامه ریزان بلکه برای مسئولین، دست اندرکاران امر آموزش و اساتید محترم باتوجه به نقشی که در فرایند آموزشی دارند نیز مفید واقع گردد. این مقاله نظرات دانشجویان کارشناسی و کارشناسی ارشد مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی را در مورد محتوی برنامه آموزشی این رشته و میزان انطباق آن با توانمندی‌های لازم فارغ التحصیلان در انجام وظایف حرفه‌ای مورد بررسی قرار داده است.</span><p></p><p class="a" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt" dir="rtl"><span lang="FA" style="LINE-HEIGHT: 135% FONT-FAMILY: "></span><p></p></p><p> </p></p><p></p> Educational planning is a major element for establishment of an efficient educational system. It is in the need of a set of information which is collected from different sources. Parts of this information are provided for planners through the feedback from students about their expectations, programs and educational activities of the faculty and the rate of success that students achieve. The comments of students can be useful not for planners but for the authorities and those involved in education and academic members in terms of their role in education process.
