fa «بررسی هزینه های هتلینگ و تخت روز بیمارستان های عمومی کشور » براساس عملکرد سال 1374 پژوهشي Research در این پژوهش هزینه هتلینگ و تخت روز بیمارستانهای کشور براساس عملکرد فعالیتهای آمار در سال 1374 با روش توصیفی مورد بررسی و مطالعه قرار گرفته است. برای انجام این پژوهش 80 بیمارستان در کلیه استانهای کشور برگزیده شده‌اند از میان این جامعه نمونه 70 بیمارستان در 19 استان کشور اطلاعات درخواست شده را تکمیل و ارسال نمودند. در این میان اطلاعات 60 بیمارستان از 19 استان قابل بررسی تشخص داده شد. بیمارستانهای جامعه مورد پژوهش اعم از آموزشی و غیرآموزشی از نظر نوع فعالیت عمومی بوده‌اند. لذا باتوجه به عدم محدودیت جامعه، بیمارستانهای موردنظر در استانها به طور تصادفی مورد پژوهش قرار گرفته‌اند. اطلاعات مورد نیاز تحقیق، با کمک پرسشنامه 4 برگی به کلیه بیمارستانهای کشور ارسال شده و با همکاری مسئولان قسمتهای مختلف بیمارستان تکمیل گردیده است. اطلاعات گردآوری شده پس از استخراج با استفاده از جداول و نمودارهای آماری مناسب مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرار گرفته‌اند. پژوهش انجام شده نشان می‌دهد که در بیمارستان‌های تحت بررسی متوسط ضریب اشغال تخت 59% و متوسط هزینه‌های هتلینگ و تخت روز به ترتیب 41955 ریال و 85435 ریال بوده است. In the present study, we investigated the attitudes of supervisors, staff and individuals in charge of libraries of Tehran, Iran and Shahid Beheshti universities of medical sciences on the quality and quantity of use of 22 theses on librarianship and medical information course written by students of faculty of management and medical information proposed in years 1992-1993. Data were elicited through two kinds of questionnaires submitted to medical libraries' staff and the supervisors of investigated theses. All questionnaires were filled out and there was no missed one. The findings showed that 58% of libraries' staff was unaware of the theses which had investigated their libraries as their investigation community. Those who were informed of these theses, had not studied them firstly because they didn't access to them and secondly because they didn't need them. Of those who had studied the theses, only 2.1% had made some changes to their libraries according to the research findings after study. 77.28% of supervisors had pointed or referred to their supervised theses. 45.5% of theses' results were published as papers or presented in student seminars of librarianship.
