fa مشکلات بهداشتی درمانی و نقش بیمارستان ها در کشورهای در حال توسعه پژوهشي Research <p>  <strong>بیمارستان به عنوان مرکز نقل ارائه مراقبت های درمانی، از عوامل تعیین کننده در توفیق شبکه بهداشتی و درمانی و گسترش عادلانه مراقبتهای درمانی و بهداشتی در کلیه سطوح شبکه به شمار می رود. </strong></p><p>  <strong>با این حال نقش بیمارستان ها در درون شبکه بهداشتی و درمانی کشورهای جهان سوم بدرستی ترسیم و تعیین نشده و واحدهای درمان سرپائی و بستری در کشورهای مذکور غالباً به صورت متمرکز، منزوی و بیرون از شبکه ارجاع بخش مهمی از هزینه های بهداشت و درمان را بخود اختصاص داده اند... </strong></p><p>  <strong>در بخش نخست این مقاله تلاش شده است تا تحت عنوان آنچه هست.... </strong></p><p>  <strong>نکات اصلی و رئوس نقایص موجود در بازده تخت های بستری و عدم تطبیق فعالیت آنها با نیاز جوامع تحت پوشش مورد بحث قرار گیرد. در بخش دوم تحت عنوان آنچه باید باشد به راههای خروج از بن بست اشاره شده است. نتیجه گیری نهائی نیز ضرورت بازنگری در ساختار درونی و تحول در مدیریت واحدهای درمانی بستری را با یک ساختار غیرمتمرکز توصیه می کند. </strong><strong></strong></p> Hospitals as care services providers play determining role in the success of health and treatment networks. Hospitals are effective in the balanced dissemination of health and treatment cares in all networks.<br> However, their roles is not appropriately determined in health and treatment networks in developing countries and treatment centers with short-term treatments and hospitalization in these countries, almost centralized, secluded, and out of reference network have devoted most of health and treatment costs to themselves. In the first section of this paper, we have tried to represent the outstanding points and explicit problems available in the outcome of hospitalization bed services and its incompatibility with the needs of societies under the title "what it is". In the second section we have tried to find ways out of this problem under the title "what should be".
