fa عفونت بیمارستانی و اقتصاد بهداشت پژوهشي Research <p>  فعالیت درمانی همانند هر نوع فعالیت دیگر با عوارض و عواقت گاه ناخوشایند همراه است. بیمارستان ها کانون ارائه خدمات درمانی به شمار می روند و خدمات درمانی به شکل سازمان یافته، مستمر و قابل اتکاء در این موسسه ها عرضه می شوند. چنانچه «سلامت» را به عنوان محصول نهایی Final Product فعالیت درمانی در سازمان موسوم به بیمارستان تلقی کنیم، عفونت بیمارستانی را باید به عنوان Side effect یا عوارض ناخوشایند این سازمان بنامیم. </p><p>  عفونت بیمارستانی ماهیتاً پدیده ای چند بعدی است. انسان ها به آن آلوده می شوند و از آن رنج می برند، نیروی انسانی و سرمایه مالی برای از بین بردن آن هزینه می شود. احتمال انتقال آن توسط بیمار به بیماری دیگر یا به کارکنان شاغل در بیمارستان (شخصاً در بخشهای درمانی) و برعکس بعدی اجتماعی به آن می بخشند و در نهایت به عنوان یک عامل تهدید کننده سلامت، هوشیاری و همکاری سازمان یافته متخصصان درمانی و مدیریت را طلب می کند. این مسئله با توجه به ابعاد پیچیده خود باید همواره در کانون توجه کادر درمان و مدیران و مسئولان واحدهای درمانی قرار گیرد. </p> Therapeutic activity may be accompanied with unpleasant consequences like any other activity. Hospitals are the central providers of therapeutic services. These services are provided organized, continuously and reliably in the hospitals. If we regard health as the final product of therapeutic activity in the organization, so-called hospital, so we should call hospital infection as the side effect of this organization. Hospital infection is naturally a multi-dimensional phenomenon. Humans are infected by it and suffer from it and human financial capital is spent for its treatment. Being contagious, it is probable that the infection be passed from one patient to another or to the staff in hospital (in therapy centers).It may take a social dimension. At last as a threatening factor, hospital infection requests the safety, smartness and organized cooperation of therapy and management specialists.
