fa بیمارستان های فردا پژوهشي Research جنبش‌های سترک تکنولوژیک در دهه اخیر تفکر نوینی را در زمینه نیاز به تخت بیمارستانی ایجاد کرده است. مهمترین انعکاس این تفکر در ساختار فیزیکی بیمارستانها، نسبت زیر بنا به تخت، حجم کلی بیمارستان از نظر تعداد تختهای بستری، گسترش فضاهای مربوط به واحدهای تشخیصی، جراحی‌های سرپایی و شیوه جدید در طراحی واحدهای پشتیبانی، بخش تشخیصی ویژه و در نهایت استفاده از جراحی‌های سرپایی، خدمات بستری در منزل و بالاخره گرایش به سمت طراحی بیمارستان به شیوه پاویونی به جای بیمارستانهای مرتفع کنونی است. با وجود این، آمار و اطلاعات موجود تغییرات اندکی را در مقیاس نیاز جمعیت به تختهای بستری نشان می‌دهد. مسئله ای که مقاله حاضر درصدد پاسخ به آن است عبارت است از چگونگی طرح و تجهیز و اداره بیمارستانها در آینده ای نزدیک یعنی بیمارستانهای فردا در سال 2000. Tremendous technologic movements in recent decade have inspired a novel thinking in the need for hospital beds. This thinking is significantly reflected in the physical structure of hospitals, the ratio of building space to the bed, all area of the hospital from the viewpoint of hospitalization beds, extending the spaces related to the identification wards, outpatient operation wards and new ways in designing supporting sectors, special identification clinics and the use of outpatient operations, hospital services at home and finally the inclination towards the design of pavilion hospitals instead of present high-tech ones. However, there are trivial changes in the needs of population to the hospital beds statistically.
