fa بررسی کاربردپذیری سیستم اطلاعات رادیولوژی پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">یکی از سیستم‌ها</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">‌</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">ی اطلاعات بهداشتی مورد استفاده در مراکز مراقبت بهداشتی، سیستم اطلاعات رادیولوژی است. این سیستم باعث افزایش کیفیت و دقت فرایندهای کاری در بخش رادیولوژی می شود و حجم نیروی انسانی مورد نیاز برای بایگانی تصاویر، هزینه‌های بیمارستانی و زمان مورد نیاز برای بازیابی تصاویر از بایگانی را کاهش می‌دهد. عدم کاربردپذیری این سیستم می‌تواند باعث کاهش سرعت و دقت امور ذکر شده گردد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی میزان مطابقت سیستم اطلاعات رادیولوژی با اصول کاربردپذیری انجام شد. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">روش کار:</span></span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> مطالعه حاضر مطالعه ای توصیفی </span></span><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">&ndash;</span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> مقطعی است که در سال 1394 بر روی سیستم اطلاعات رادیولوژی بیمارستان شفا کرمان انجام گرفت. به منظور بررسی میزان مطابقت این سیستم با اصول کاربردپذیری از اصول ده گانه نیلسن استفاده شد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> در این ارزیابی 53 مشکل شناسایی گردید که بیشترین مشکلات مربوط به دو اصل تطابق سیستم با دنیای واقعی (</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">n=14</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> ) و جنبه‌های زیبایی شناسی </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">n=14)</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">) و کمترین مشکلات مربوط به اصل راهنمایی و مستند سازی(</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">n=1</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">)&nbsp; بود. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></span></strong> &nbsp;<span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">مطالعه حاضر</span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;"> نشان داد که اگر چه سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی مانند </span></span><span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">سیستم اطلاعات رادیولوژی،</span></span> <span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">اغلب جدید هستند و انتظار می‌رود که بر اساس استانداردها و نیاز کاربرانشان طراحی شده باشند، اما در بسیاری از موارد مشکلاتی دارند. بسیاری از این مشکلات مربوط به مشکلات کاربردپذیری این سیستم هاست که</span></span> <span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">در ﺻﻮرت ﻣﺮﺗﻔﻊ ﻧﺸﺪن</span></span> <span style="font-family:b yagut;"><span style="font-size:10.5pt;">می‌تواند به اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﺧﻄﺎ و اشتباه، کاهش کیفیت مراقبت، بروز اشکال در فرایند درمان و در نهایت به خطر انداختن جان بیماران منجر گردد.</span></span><br> &nbsp; <strong>Introduction:</strong> One of the health information systems used in health care settings is Radiology Information System. This system can increase the quality and accuracy of work processes in the radiology department and can reduce the number of human resources required to archive images as well as the hospital costs, and, finally, can lower the retrieval time of archived images. Lack of usability of this system can affect the speed and accuracy of this task. The aim of this study was to evaluate the conformity rates of Radiology Information System with usability principles.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This cross-sectional descriptive study (2015) uses heuristic evaluation method to evaluate the usability of RIS used in the teaching hospitals of Kerman University of Medical Sciences. Usability of RISs was investigated based on the usability principles developed by Nielsen.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> There were 53 usability problems. The lowest mismatch with usability principles was related to &ldquo;Help and documentation&rdquo; (n=1) and the highest was related to &ldquo;Match with real world&rdquo; (n=14) and &quot;Aesthetic and minimalist design&quot; (n=14).<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Our findings showed that although the information systems such as RIS are often new, they are supposed to be designed based on the standards and the required users. In many cases, however, they have numerous problems.
