fa از هم گسستگی جامعه اطلاعاتی: موانع موجود بر سر راه دستیابی جهانی به بزرگراه‌های اطلاعاتی در پژوهشي Research نویسنده معتقد است که امکانات تکنولوژیکی می‌توانند بسیار مفید واقع گردند. به شرط آنکه به جنبه‌های اجتماعی، سیاسی و اخلاقی که اغلب در کشورهای در حال توسعه مانع دسترسی چندجانبه و آزاد به اطلاعات می‌شوند توجه جدی مبذول گردد. وی به علل این موانع – از هم گسستگی موجود در جامعه – فهرست وار اشاره کرده است و اهمیت آنها در کشورهای در حال توسعه را مورد تاکید قرار داده و ساختارهای ارتباطی متعدد موجود در یک جامعه و اثرات آنها را بررسی نموده است. نویسنده چنین نتیجه‌گیری می‌کند که اصل جریان آزاد اطلاعات برای رشد و پیشرفت جامعه اطلاعاتی کافی نیست بلکه باید به صراحت به فعال سازی ، میانجی گری و شبکه‌ای کردن نیازها و عقاید در سطوح مختلف جامعه پرداخت. Author believes that technological equipments can be very beneficial, provided that the social, political, and ethical issues that usually prevent accessing information in developing countries freely and multi-dimensionally be seriously considered. The author has listed the obstacles i.e., dissociation in the society and emphasized their influence in developing countries and investigated various linking structures of the society and their effects.
