fa عوامل موثر بر کارآیی بیمارستان ها از دیدگاه مدیران مراکز آموزشی و درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران پژوهشي Research <p>    بیمارستان ها به عنوان مهمترین مراکز ارایه دهنده خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی در سطح کشور درجهت ارتقای سلامتی افراد و اعاده سلامتی به بیماران نیازمند ، مدیریت علمی و کارآمد در تمام سطوح می باشند . بر این اساس پژوهشی با عنوان تعیین مهمترین عوامل مؤثر بر افزایش کارآیی بیمارستانها از دیدگاه مدیران مراکز آموزشی و درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران 1378 انجام شده است . در این تحقیق شاخص های مؤثر در افزایش کارآیی بیمارستانها از دیدگاه مدیران با استفاده از روش توصیفی تحلیلی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات،پرسشنامه ای در رابطه با اهداف پژوهشی تدوین ظده و طی آن از تمامی 13 مدیر مراکز آموزشی و درمانی دانشگاه در مورد عوامل مؤثر بر افزایش کارآیی نظرخواهی گردید. </p><p>  نتایج حاصل از پژوهش نشان می دهد که مؤثرترین شاخص در افزایش کارآیی از دید مدیران ، متوسط اقامت بیمار (2/69 ٪ ) می باشد . مدیران ، مؤثرترین عامل بر کاهش نسبت گردش تخت را وقفه در پذیرش بیمار (6/84 ٪ ) و مهمترین عوامل مؤثر بر کاهش هزینه را پائین آورده و هزینه های بالاسری (5/61 ٪ ) برقراری دوره های آموزشی برای پرسنل ، تصمیم گیری و اعمال مدیریت صحیح و نظارت و کنترل مستمر ذکر کرده اند. مدیران میزان تأثیر فعالیت کمیته نگهداری وسایل و تجهیزات (9/76 ٪ ) و میزان تأثیر فعالیت کمیته مدارک پزشکی را در تحلیل شاخص های عملکردی (6/84 ٪ ) فوق العاده زیاد دانسته اند. آنان همچنین مهمترین مانع بر سر راه افزایش کارآیی را فقدان تجربه و سابقه کافی در امر مدیریت بیمارستان ها ذکر کرده اند . </p> Hospitals as leading centers in providing therapeutic and health care services in the country, endeavor to improve the health of individuals, restore health of patients in need and do scientific and efficient management in all levels. Based on it, this research has been conducted to determine the most effective factors in increasing the efficiency of hospitals from the viewpoints of managers in training and treatment centers of Iran University of Medical Sciences in 1999. These effective factors are analytically-descriptively studied in this research. In order to collect data, a questionnaire was complied related with the aim of study in which the viewpoints of 13 managers of training and treatment centers of university about the effective factors were questioned. The results show that the most effective index in increasing the efficiency is the average of hospitalization (69.2%). Managers have mentioned stop in accepting patients (84.6%) the most effective factor in reducing bed turnover rate, and the most effective factors in reducing the costs are mentioned the reduction in the costs of educational courses (61.5%) for the staff, decision making, proper management and continuous control. Managers also believe that the effect of activities in equipment maintenance committee and medical records committee in the analysis of performance indexes are extraordinarily high (84.6%).
