fa مشکلات گزارش دهی سیستم مراقبت عفونت های بیمارستانی در بیمارستان‌های شهر تبریز پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> شناسایی وگزارش<span dir="LTR">‌</span>دهی صحیح عفونت<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های بیمارستانی کانون توجه مراقبت<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های بهداشتی درمانی می<span dir="LTR">‌</span>باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی مشکلات گزارش<span dir="LTR">‌</span>دهی سیستم مراقبت عفونت<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های بیمارستانی انجام شده است.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>روش کار:</strong> این مطالعه توصیفی تلفیقی(کمی-کیفی) در سال 1390 انجام گردید. در بخش کیفی، پس از انجام مصاحبه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های نیمه ساختار یافته، پرسشنامه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ای طراحی شد و برای سنجش روایی آن از تکنیک قضاوت خبرگان استفاده شد. در بخش کمی، جامعه آماری پژوهش تمامی بیمارستان<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های شهر تبریز در نظر گرفته شد و نمونه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های پژوهش 77 نفر از اعضای کمیته کنترل عفونت بیمارستان<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ها بودند که به صورت خوشه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>ای دو<span dir="LTR">‌</span>مرحله ای انتخاب شدند. تحلیل یافته<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های بخش کیفی با استفاده از تحلیل محتوا انجام شد و نحلیل یافته<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های بخش کمی با استفاده از روش<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های آماری توصیفی صورت گرفت.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> نتایج مطالعه نشان داد میزان عفونت بیمارستانی براساس گزارش<span dir="LTR">‌</span>دهی سیستم مذکور 56/0 درصد بوده است که نشان از کم گزارش<span dir="LTR">‌</span>دهی عفونت<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های بیمارستانی دارد. مهمترین علل آن عدم تعهد برخی پزشکان نسبت به ثبت و گزارش علائم عفونت و عدم شرکت فعال آنها در جلسات کمیته کنترل عفونت، عدم پیش<span dir="LTR">‌</span>بینی سیستمی برای انجام مداخلات و نبود سیستم پیگیری بعد از ترخیص برای بیماران جراحی<span dir="LTR">‌</span>شده می‌باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> جهت رفع مشکلات و گزارش آمار دقیق میزان عفونت<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های بیمارستانی،باید اعضای کمیته کنترل عفونت با حمایت مدیران ارشد و مشارکت پزشکان کنترل عفونت نقش فعالی را ایفا نمایند. برای برطرف نمودن مشکلات، ضرورت بازنگری در فرآیند گزارش<span dir="LTR">‌</span>دهی توصیه می<span dir="LTR">‌</span>گردد.</p> <p align="center"></p> <p align="center"></p> <p></p> <p><strong>Introduction</strong>: Identifying and reporting nosocomial infections are at the center of attention of healthcare. The present study was carried out to study the problems of the National Nosocomial Infections Surveillance System (NNIS)<span dir="RTL">.</span></p> <p><strong>Methods</strong>: This mixed (Qualitative- Quantitative) descriptive study was performed in 2011. In the qualitative section, after a semi- structured interview, a questionnaire was designed and its validity was approved using experts&rsquo; opinion technique. The study population of the quantitative section included all hospitals in Tabriz and the samples consisted on 77 members of the hospitals&rsquo; Infection Control Committees, selected by means of 2-stage cluster sampling method. Qualitative data were analyzed using content analysis technique and Quantitative data were analyzed by descriptive statistical methods using SPSS 17 Software.</p> <p><strong>Results</strong>: The incidence of nosocomial infections reported according to the NNIS system was 0.56% showing low report of nosocomial infections which have resulted from lack of commitment of some physicians to documentation and reporting of nosocomial infection symptoms, lack of their active participation in Infection Control Committees, lack of appropriate validation system to identify problems, and lack of post-discharge follow up system for operated patients.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion</strong>: To solve the problems of National Nosocomial Infections Surveillance System and help produce accurate reporting of nosocomial infections, hospital infection control committee should play an active role by supporting senior management and greater participation of infection control practitioners.
