fa بررسی نقش سیستم مدیریت کیفیت (ISO9001-2002) بهبود عملکرد واحد پذیرش و ترخیص در یکی از بیمارستانهای عمومی شهر تهران پژوهشي Research <span style="font-weight: bold">مقدمه: </span>برای افزایش کارایی و اثربخشی خدمات مراقبتی، پرونده‌های کاغذی به دلیل محدودیتهای متعدد باید جای خود را به پرونده‌های الکترونیکی بدهند که از مزایای زیادی برخوردارند. این پژوهش به منظور معرفی کارایی و اثربخشی پیشرفته‌ترین پرونده‌های الکترونیکی موجود در صنعت بهداشت طی سالهای 1381 – 1382 انجام گرفت. <span style="font-weight: bold"><br>روش پژوهش: </span>گردآوری اطلاعات با مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای، استفاده از اینترنت و پست الکترونیکی صورت گرفت. <br><span style="font-weight: bold">مروری بر مطالعات:</span> گزارشهای مربوط به استفاده از رایانه برای داده‌های بالینی به 1950 برمی‌گردد. در این مقاله سیستمهای EMR ، EPR و HER معرفی می‌شوند که از مهمترین سیستم‌های پرونده‌های الکترونیکی موجود هستند. بررسیها نشان داده‌اند که با پرونده‌های الکترونیکی علاوه بر کاهش مرگ و میر و هزینه‌های مربوط به تشخیص و درمان 15% در مصرف کاغذ و تولید فرمهای کاغذی 51% در هزینه رونویسی پزشکی و 65% در هزینه بایگانی و بازیابی اطلاعات پرونده‌های پزشکی صرفه جویی شده است. <span style="font-weight: bold"><br>بحث ونتیجه گیری:</span> برای ایجاد یک سیستم پرونده الکترونیکی مناسب در کشورمان، توصیه می‌شود سیستمهای الکترونیکی موجود در جهان مورد مطالعه دقیق قرار گیرد. جا دارد از هم اکنون با آموزش کلیه پرسنل بهداشتی درمانی بستر مناسب برای استفاد از این سیستمها فراهم گردد. <span style="font-weight: bold">Introduction:</span> for developing the efficiency and effectiveness of the health 0services, the paper files, because of their numerous limitations, have to be displaced with the electronic records which have many advantages.
