fa بررسی تأثیر تدوین و اجرای خط مشی‌های مدارک پزشکی بر امتیاز خط مشی‌های استانداردهای اعتباربخشی مدارک پزشکی -1392 مروری Review <b>مقدمه: </b>یکی از الزامات مهم در اعتباربخشی مراکز، وجود خط مشی‌های مکتوب در واحدهای مختلف سازمان از جمله بخش مدارک پزشکی می‌باشد. لذا این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر تدوین و اجرای خط مشی‌های مدارک پزشکی بر امتیاز خط مشی‌های اعتباربخشی بخش مدارک پزشکی در بیمارستان‌های وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهرکرد انجام پذیرفت.<br> <b>روش کار: </b>این مطالعه در سال 1392 به روش مداخله ای انجام گرفت. با توجه به محدود بودن تعداد بیمارستان‌های وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهرکرد، نمونه گیری از نوع سرشماری بود. بعد از انجام مداخله مورد نظر، امتیاز خط مشی‌های اعتباربخشی مدارک پزشکی مجدداً سنجیده شد. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، چک لیست استاندارد ابلاغی وزارت بهداشت بود و داده‌ها با استفاده از پارامترهای آماری توصیفی و آمار تحلیلی در محیط نرم افزار SPSS 18 تحلیل شدند. <b><br>یافته ها: </b>نتایج پژوهش اختلاف آماری معنی‌داری را بین امتیاز خط مشی‌های مدارک پزشکی قبل و بعد از مداخله نشان داد (01/0p<) همچنین امتیاز خط مشی‌های بخش مدارک پزشکی بعد از مداخله افزایش یافت. <b><br>نتیجه گیری: </b>با توجه به این که عملکرد بخش مدارک پزشکی بعد از انجام مداخله در قسمت خط مشی‌های چک لیست ممیزی کلیه اوراق پرونده در زمان ترخیص، کنترل و رفع نقص و تکمیل پرونده‌های پزشکی حداکثر ظرف 14 روز پس از ترخیص، ختم پرونده پزشکی ناقص و انطباق پرونده‌های سرپایی با بستری در سطح بسیار ضعیف و ضعیف بوده است. بنابراین مسئولین مدارک پزشکی بیمارستان‌ها باید تلاش بیشتری برای اجرای خط مشی‌ها در عمل انجام دهند. <br> <b>Introduction:</b> One of the important requirements of an accreditation center is the provision of documents and policies in different departments of an organization including medical records departments. The present study was aimed at investigating the impact of formulating and implementing the policies and procedures of medical records on the scores of accreditation policies of medical record departments in the hospitals affiliated to Shahrekord University Of Medical Sciences in 2013. <br> <b>Methods:</b> The present study was performed on the basis of an interventional method in 2013. All hospitals in Shahrekord province were included.
