fa دیدگاه پزشکان مرکز آموزشی درمانی الزهرا در خصوص ارائه خدمات کتابداری بالینی پژوهشي Research <p>  </p><p><p><strong></strong></p> <strong> مقدمه: </strong>پزشکان با رشد فناوری اطلاعات و افزایش نامحدود منابع پزشکی، با مشکلاتی در جستجو و بازیابی اطلاعات روبرو هستند. بنابراین حضور یک فرد متخصص اطلاع یابی، می‌تواند نقش مهمی در تأمین نیازهای اطلاعاتی آن‌ها و در نتیجه ارتقاء کیفیت خدمات پزشکی داشته باشد. هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی و تعیین دیدگاه پزشکان مرکز آموزشی درمانی الزهرا در خصوص ارائه خدمات کتابداری بالینی بود.<strong></strong> </p><p> <strong> روش کار: </strong>روش پژوهش، پیمایشی تحلیلی و نوع مطالعه کاربردی است. نمونه پژوهش شامل 137 نفر از پزشکان مرکز الزهرا در سال1392 بود. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. روایی پرسشنامه‌ها توسط متخصصان تایید و برای سنجش پایایی از روش ثبات درونی (ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برابر 74/0) استفاده شد. داده‌ها در نرم افزار SPSS 18 تحلیل و در قالب آمار توصیفی با استفاده از جداول و نمودارها و آمار استنباطی با استفاده از آزمون‌های ناپارامتری من یو ویتنی، آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه، کولموگروف- اسمیرنوف و ضریب همبستگی کندال ارائه شد. </p><p> <strong> یافته‌ها: </strong>در<strong> </strong>جامعه پزشکان، 3/60 درصد لزوم حضور تمام وقت در بیمارستان و نداشتن وقت کافی را مشکل موجود در دستیابی به اطلاعات جدید دانستند، 5/52 درصد اظهار داشتند که به فرد متخصص جستجوی اطلاعات نیاز دارند، بین جنسیت و سابقه کار پزشکان، میزان آشنایی آن‌ها با پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی حوزه حرفه ای با احساس نیاز به ارائه خدمات کتابداری رابطه معنادار وجود نداشت. </p><p> <strong> نتیجه گیری: </strong>با توجه به نبود وقت کافی برای پزشکان جهت رفع نیازهای اطلاعاتی حرفه ای خود و احساس نیاز آن‌ها به کمک شخص جستجوگر اطلاعات روزآمد، بهتر است با آموزش کتابداران متخصص و آشنا با منابع روز پزشکی در جهت اجرای خدمات کتابداری بالینی در بیمارستان تلاش گردد. </p> <p><strong> </strong></p><p><p><strong></strong><strong></strong><strong></strong></p><strong>Introduction: </strong>With the advent of information technology and expansion of medical resources, physicians face problems in search and retrieval of medical information. A need for a medical liberian to assist them to increase their skills and hence improve the clinical services rendered to patients is greatly felt. The purpose of the study was to identify and determine physicians’ viewpoints concerning the medical Liberians role in providing the service at Alzahra Medical center. </p><p> <strong> Method: </strong>This survey was an analytical, applied and cross sectional study in which data were collected by means of a questionnaire. The population were 212 doctors in Alzahra Hospital. 137 physicians were randomly selected on the basis of Morgan Table. <strong></strong>Content validity was determined by the experts, and reliability of the questionnaire were measured by chronbach`s alpha (Cronbach Alpha was 0.74). Finally data were analyzed by SPSS₁₈, using descriptive and inferential statistics( nonparametric tests using Man-Whithney, one-way analysis of variance,Kolmogorov - Smirnov, Kendall correlation coefficients). </p><p> <strong> Results: </strong>60.3% of the participants mentioned lack of time as an obstacle in accessing the new information. 52.5 % acknowledged the need to help them search the information. There was no significant difference between male and female participants and work experience in regards with the need to medical librarians in Al Zahra Hospital.
